Refreshing, Flavorful, Somewhat Expensive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was indeed fresh and organic. I don't follow a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free lifestyle, but the food was very good and well seasoned. My friend who was visiting from India also enjoyed this restaurant. I had a bison burger, amongst other things. It was enjoyable. The fries were decent. Out of everything, I recommend the most their refresher drinks, & the chips and guacamole. If it is convenient, I will definitely be visiting again.

Rare do you find a place no in days that the you find this quality and attention to detail. The pastries here a second to none. Clearly the is skill in making these delicate desserts is evident. The pasties aren’t overly sweet and some don’t even have added sugar! I highly recommend the coffee Swiss roll and the gluten free cookie set! It’s make wild almonds, walnuts and coconut; they are delicious! Come have have a tea or coffee with one of these yummy treats! Also, they do parties and events!

Rustica has tasty treats and great coffee. My daughter had a raspberry lemon Danish and I had a chocolate croissant. We also grabbed a gluten free chocolate muffin to take home and share. Prices are a bit high, but it's a nice location and great products.

I prefer Caribou over the competitor. Sometimes I don't feel good after drinking Starbucks coffee, but I do not have that issue with Caribou. I would like this chain to succeed, but I see many locations closing. My parents knew the founders of Caribou and I support it. I would like to see a few more Gluten-Free options on the menu, since I have celiac and also, if you could supply also stevia packets with your other sweeteners.
