Incredible fresh cake style donut made to order (can also be gluten vegan). We had Marionberry+Rosemary and Earl Grey Vanilla. Both hit the spot. Amazing customer service.
A cozy spot with a bright, airy vibe, known for its fresh, organic options and unique self-made espresso drinks, perfect for relaxing or working.

Yowzas, this place was fantastic! I got the veggie sandwich, which was loaded with fresh crunchy veggies, perfectly ripe avocado and a delicious garlic herb sauce on a supertasty toasted sandwich bread - served with tortilla chips and fresh fruit. Got a fudgy oat brownie to split with a friend later, and it was equally delish. Everything on the menu is gluten-free! I'm picky about what I eat, and Ants on a Log fulfilled all my hopes and dreams. Staff is friendly; space is open, airy and pleasant. Restroom is large, bright and clean. Windows open to outdoor seating and greenery on one side and adjacent bouldering gym on another. I've already rerouted my Saturday plans to include a trip to Corvallis - specifically to hit this eatery. Three cheers for Ants On A Log!
A vibrant breakfast spot with a diverse menu, quick service, and hearty portions, perfect for those seeking variety in a lively atmosphere.

Adding some pics of the gluten free and vegan menu since I didn't see them anywhere. I got the hobo hash off the gluten free menu and it was delicious. Everyone in my party liked their breakfast. The staff is very attentive to folks needs and friendly. It was clean. It does get pretty busy and is a bit loud but that can't really be helped. But I did enjoy dining here and I'll definitely be back.
This place has gotten progressively worse with food since we moved here. You'll notice Google says bagels are mentioned a lot. Last time we went, the sandwich options had become more limited again, and I asked for one on a bagel.
They didn't ask what kind, like in the past, so I asked?
Answer: Everything bagel
Me: I can't eat that. I have allergies.
Before I could ask more questions, another worker: actually, it's not a bagel it's a gluten fee bun.
...What is this nonsens? Why can't you make it clear what food you are serving? At that point I couldn't trust that their misguided atempt at accommodating food allergies wasn't going to kill me with my food allergies, because they couldn't give me any trustworthy answer on what food I was about to get.
There are lots of possible fine explanations as to how this rediculess situation happened, but it's not the first time I have found them to be unclear about what it is they are serving.
P.S. this is a Christian establishment closed on Sunday.
Cascadia has way more options than EBGBs or Main Squeeze, like eggs and fresh fruit / vegetables, among many other things. Also has a large variety of organic / natural foods, as well as gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. It's open pretty late (9-10pm) which is helpful. Everything is MAD expensive though. A box of Trix cereal is easily $6+... Prepare to spend a lot
Huge sandwiches packed with flavor and solid coffee make this spot a must-try for a satisfying meal in a chill atmosphere.

This is an excellent place for a great sandwich or salad. I have gluten tolerance issues and I was able to find a great tasting meal to enjoy.
The sandwich my friend had was huge with lots of chicken, tomatoes lettuce and seasoning. He gobbled it up. The coffee was good too, and I am tough to please.
The service was good and the people friendly. Parking was easy. Try it you'll like it.

This place blew me away. Gorgeous green happy-healthy plant shop with sun streaming in through the windows in the morning. Exceptionally warm, welcoming service, and top-notch espresso drinks made with plant-based mylks. 100% vegan and gluten-free. Genuinely dog friendly. Coolest bathroom in Corvallis. The barista Maya rang my order after I’d sat at the bar, and when I asked later why there hadn’t been some way to leave a tip, she said she’d just entered “no tip” herself because she didn’t want to make me get up! That’s amazing. There was a steady stream of customers, and Maya was equally friendly with everyone – she truly loves (and excels at) what she does and radiates good cheer. Seating is limited to a few barstools and two comfy chairs, plus the picnic tables in front for when the weather's nice. The one big bummer is they don’t have any ceramic mugs – all drinks are served in to-go cups. Otherwise: All good vibes in this magical spot!
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with fresh, creative options and delicious espresso drinks, perfect for a casual outing.

Consistently fresh, creative, and delicious. I have only had their savory crepes because I don't like so much sugar at once. I am also gluten-free and had their buckwheat crepes, and those were delicious as well. I had their flour crepes, and those were really good. Their espresso drinks are also great. Good service and sweet atmosphere.
My favorite, true coffee shop in Corvallis! Quality coffee and ingredients. (There are multiple locations, this one is a kiosk.) They also have great bakery items, some of which are vegan and gluten free (go early for these, as they may sell out).
