I rarely get to have gluten free pastries, so
I was excited to find this hidden gem! My husband got a ham & cheese turnover. It looked so good and flakey. There was tons of ham in it and he loved it. I got a cold brew and GF cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls are heavenly!! We will be back every time we’re in town.

Stopped in on my way back home to Houston. I was always fond of Blue Baker since my days at A&M years ago. I had not been back in a few years since I was diagnosed celiac and didn't think they would have anything I could eat. Pleasant surprise when I checked their website and saw that they now have gluten-free bread and salads that are gluten-free. I wasn't in the mood for a sandwich but the chicken club salad sounded good. They accommodated my requests to modify the salad, checked on the dressing with the supervisor, and I am happy to report that I did not have a reaction to the salad. I will return the next time I'm in town visiting. đź‘Ť

The neopolitan pizza with the gluten free crust (was wondering if it would help prevent the 3pm coma)... i inhaled this thing when it arrived! The thin crust was perfect! Delicious! And the cheese... The chips of Parmesan... wow, shocked me but definitely added to the plate. Will i order again? Absolutely!!!

I like that this is one of the few places in Bryan that offers full vegetarian, sometimes vegan, and gluten-free options. Their gluten-free options are expensive, though, and that's a bummer. They forgot my order at the other location of College station. The service was terrible. It can be crowded and it smells like a bakery which can be good or bad depending on your personal preference.
