The new owners have kept up the high standards of the previous long time proprietors. Even more so...the ability to continue to get 'specialty' dietary options - celiac or gluten free - makes this a place I can take even my friends with the most complicated diet needs. Great coffee, fabulous food and intimate shady outside courtyard, and close to the farmers market, make it an easy decision to frequent the cafe. Visitors have told me they make the best gluten free sandwiches they've ever had!

Loved the ferna all around the restaurant! Service was fantastic! Our kettle chips took an extra minute but one of the managers took care of that for us, but the food was amazing Tons of gluten free options, and they will cook for those who are celiac! I had the cheeseburger with fries, pretty basic, but it was phenomenal. It’s a place you need to try!

Stopped in for a quick drink. Great service even for how busy the place was! Tracy was amazing and Jud was super nice! Looking forward to coming back to eat! Gluten free food options too!

My husband and I have been coming to Creekmore’s for years. We drink decaf (gasp!) which can be pretty lacklustre in many coffee shops. But Creekmore’s has served us consistently DELICIOUS decaf coffee every single time. I would defy anyone to tell that it’s decaffeinated coffee if they didn’t know before taking a sip! In fact, everything we’ve ever ordered there has been wonderful. The smoothies, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, specialty lunch wraps and soups, muffins, scones and, most recently their gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies which will keep you full all day! We just love Lucie and the ladies at Creekmore’s. Unfailingly cheerful service every time, despite difficult post-pandemic conditions. They have had to adapt several times to changing health regulations in the past 3 years as well as coping with staffing shortages like every other small business, but they’ve met the challenge head on. Beautiful window boxes of flowers every year show how much care is taken at this little establishment. Looking forward to warmer weather to be able to sit outside on their comfortable patio again soon!

Yes it’s expensive but then what extraordinary quality!! The best cheesecake of our trip was here, not too sweet for once! In addition there is a wide choice of vegan and gluten-free cakes. And the place is very pretty.

Updated!! I have Celiac Disease, and I was thrown out of the restaurant for speaking to false claims and wrong information!!! Apparently, a cook for 30 years knows more than all doctors, science, and someone with the disease 🙄 I have never been more dismissed, disappointed, and offended. I was sworn at and told to never come back. To them, being sick is the only indication of bad food. Yet celiacs get intestinal damage from an autoimmune response to gluten. This can never be taken lightly and is very serious. I will be reporting them to the CFIA for poor information, claims of safety, and cross-contamination issues in the kitchen. Not acceptable!! I am adding to their reply. It's unfortunate that they are now lying and twisting the truth. I was not angry, about what? Asking what is GF? I was not told the fryer was not dedicated. I was told it's safe because they change the oil, yet fry batter in it hence why i lost trust in what was safe. Their menu states "gluten-free," yet nothing on the menu is marked as such. Therefore, questions must be asked. I was scolded for asking to many questions and because they were busy and the mad cook came out and said he "has no time to entertain my questions and to go else where", then I was not pleased. I traveled from another city to eat there. There's was no applauding because that wouldn't make sense. I was clearly asking to many questions and trying to alter a meal that I could eat, that's the truth. Such poor service poor owners with big egos! I am the customer and this is how they tread me. This place is not Celiac Safe! I will now make a claim to the BBB for now poorly addressing this review. Grow up!!

Largest selection of food than any other coffee shop I've been to, including soups and burgers (and vegan - Beyond Meat and gluten free burgers and bakery options. I had a slice of banana bread and latte and my friend had latte with almond milk north medium and it came to under $10. Lots of seating indoors and out.

We had mother's day dinner here and it was unbelievable! From the warm greeting when we walked in the door, the beautiful ambiance, the delicious food and the personal hello from the head chef. We ordered the scallops (opted for the gluten free risotto substitute), the pork tenderloin, and the halibut - with the prawn fonue to start. Everything was cooked to perfection and everything came with lots of creativley cooked and presented vegetables. Some of the best meals we've had in a long time - will be back for the next birthday or anniversary for sure! Before you go walk down the hall of old photos and check out the old sitting room set up at the end - so many neat antiques and artifacts!

I came here for dinner about a week ago for the first time with a friend and I can honestly say that the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and their product knowledge was incredible. I had done the chefs tasting menu and every single dish was an abundance of well balanced flavours and the presentation was of each dish was so beautiful. I also have celiac disease and sometimes it’s hard for me to go to restaurants that have very many options for me and the team at this restaurant made sure every single dish was safe for me to have and accommodated my allergy to each course I had. Thank you I will definitely be back.
