I had a lovely meal at Cora’s restaurant in Hamilton at the Upper James St location. The server Stephanie was very friendly and gave great service. The meal was delicious, the fruit was sweet and fresh, and the omelette was hot and flavourful. I especially appreciate having gluten free meal options that are satisfying and filling. For those who require gluten free meals, I ordered the Gigi omelette with gluten free toast and fresh fruit. As a treat, I added a side of bacon. Come in and try this meal. You won’t regret it.

Food was meh this time. Wings were tough, rubbery. Fries were not crispy. What's wrong with the blue cheese dip? It's the oddest grey colour. Potato skins were alright. I do like that there's a gluten free fryer and a few decent options for gluten free "pub fare" but this time we were underwhelmed. We probably sont hurry back.

I like the Upper James Rymal road location because I can usually get a disabled parking spot near the doors which means I can get in and out quickly. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. There's a wide variety of fresh produce and the bakery section Carrie's some gluten free baked goods.

So I can't eat wheat and Subway has performed some heckery and proved that gluten free buns don't always have to taste like a brick. Still confused as to how that's possible but my stomach thanks you
