I retired from the military in Jul '23 and decided to move close to home.
During the move I was looking for a place that decently priced with a good atmosphere where I could relax and eat.
The Coyote does not disappoint, in my year of frequenting this establishment my order has never been wrong, eggs cooked perfectly every time and usually arrived in 5 to 10 minutes tops, 15 to 20 if im with my whole family.
They are kid friendly and offer breakfast at all hours of the day (for only 1$ after 12pm). Parking is never an issue.
The price point is very competative for the area.
I have no allergies so cant comment on gluten options.
10/10 recommend

I have been going to this Cafe for years.
It has an amazing atmosphere and environment perfect for business meetings,dates,hanging out with multiple friends. The drinks are high quality with a large amount of options and there is always seasonal or special drinks. There are free board/card games and coloring options at this Cafe. This place is very welcoming the staff are kind and helpful. There are gluten free options. There are a large amount of options for food here. If you have a food allergy the staff can accommodate. This is a safe environment for everyone. The nector cafe has alot of space for wheel chair user. The best parking for the nector cafe is on the side street.
