They made 1000% sure to take my gluten allergy serious. Pulled out all fresh food items, sanitized everything, changed gloves and used a special pizza cuter. I always enjoy going here when I am in town! Incredibly grateful for the entire staff!

It was the first time that I saw all the process of baking pizza 🍕 according to what customers need. I loved the place, the style of baking, asking customers what they needed and add all toppings step by step! They even have gluten free options! They cleaned the area to make sure no gluten add to my dish! I loved their attitude and the attentive staff. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

I'm non celiac gluten free and the gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. He explained how the half & half works for the gluten free crust. He made sure to clean the prep area while telling me my options. The pesto & parmesan half of my crust was delicious. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been coming here a few years now when in the area. Every time the quality is amazing! Freshly made pizzas, offers BYO gluten/dairy free options, good portions, and fairly priced! Service is also amazing always quick n friendly! Asked for extra aloi on my shitakii pie and they delivered! (Top was almost covered in it) wish one was closer to me! Will continue to eat here when i can!

Oh wow, this was my first time at BIBIBOP. I ended up here after chipotle was out of guac. I'm almost speechless. The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful when I shared that it was my first time there. I love that everything is gluten free and it's all delicious. I spent less than I would have at chipotle and i'm SO FULL. I got the miso glazed salmon which was delicious and the restaurant was so clean! I can't wait to go back and try more items!

The worker didn’t ask if I had an allergy or preference on my gluten free pizza (I have celiac I can’t eat gluten). He began making my pizza on a regular pizza mat that was just reused & the counter top wasn’t wiped down. So after he began putting sauce on I told him it was an allergy & he slammed the pizza into the trash & took his gloves off & walked out of the back of the store. My girlfriend said she never wanted to go back to this particular Azzip.

A different kind of Mexican food! Loved it! The vegetarian tacos and bowl were the best I ever had. Nice blend of sweet and spicy. Availability of gluten free option makes it more special. Plenty of sitting area. Only street parking. Quick service and friendly staff.

If you have allergies, do not eat here!! I've lived in many places and I've always trusted Red Robin for my allergy safety. In the past two weeks, this location has messed up my order twice in ways that have cast serious doubt upon their allergy protocols. Once I flagged my meal for a gluten allergy and it came out with croutons; the second time I received a delivery order with a side that I had not ordered, and which also contained gluten, despite my having flagged again a gluten allergy. What is most concerning about these instances is that they indicate a lack of training on the part of the kitchen. It's great that they have everything labeled, and that they have the allergy marker -- they really do go further than nearly every other burger spot. But if a line cook is making a burger with a gluten free bun and then puts gluten croutons in the same container, that indicates a lack of education & protocol around food safety. To make matters worse (and what prompted me to write this review), both times, when I contacted the store about solutions (either a refund or remaking the meal, both reasonable), the managers got defensive about their allergy protocols, were not understanding/empathetic about the risk & situation, and made no effort to reassure me that it was a big deal / would not happen again.
