I visit here every time I'm in Vejle. Almost everything is safe for me to eat as a gluten intolerant person and items are clearly labeled with a colour system.
Their cakes are a real treat, as it's not often I can have pastries! Their bread is reasonably priced and is very tasty, even my gluten-eating partner was trying to steal my rundstykker!

A really good gluten-free baker, probably the best gluten-free buns you can buy in Copenhagen. Option to have it smeared with butter and cheese. The cakes were not the best, there are other gluten free ones that are better.

I had one classic Flødeboller with vanilla-filling and one with black currant-filling and they were really delicious. All flavors are gluten free, as the bottom is made of marzipan. The filling is really creamy and the chocolate is crunchy. The staff was also friendly and I loved the plate the food was served on :)

Just something different - not exactly inexpensive, but also special. We ate a different selection of small, delicious dishes and then ordered some of the ones we liked best. Even our son, who is usually not open to new things, thought it was good and he enjoyed it.
Our daughter has celiac disease and has to eat gluten-free - that wasn't a problem at Llama. They know and were able to tell us exactly what she can and can't eat. We felt we were in good hands

My husband and I stopped for lunch and we had the loveliest experience and soon realized just how lucky we were to get a table as the restaurant is incredibly busy, and for good reason. We, both throughly enjoyed our delicious smørrebrod ( sandwiches) — shrimp with eggs and Camembert; mine on gluten free bread. The staff/servers were excellent and very welcoming.

We need to eat in places where they offer glutenfree food, as our daughter suffers from celiac disease.
Stuff was very nice, understanding and helpful. They know about celiac disease and the risk of contamination. Food was very good and we felt safe.
They have a dedicated fryer and a separate oven to heat glutenfree bread.
Our daughter ate the burger and really loved it. All the other food we had, was very good to.
We liked the atmosphere in the "upside-down" boats. It is something special. It was not very crowded when we were there as it was not high-season anymore.
We´ll definitely come back the next time we´re in Thyboron.
The gluten-free pizza is baked in the same way as the regular pizzas, so the pizza is not gluten-free as it is contaminated with regular flour. They simply did not know what the problem was when it was brought up.
Delivery was not as per the order which was even verified by reading. Dressing was missing from 2 pizzas, for which the place received payment.
Be careful with the gluten-free pizzas.
