I ate a gluten-free pasta with truffles, cream of mushrooms and burrata. I really complimented the waiter on the cooking of the gluten-free pasta because it was perfect (I was afraid it would be overcooked), difficult to find even in Italy honestly...

Best meal I’ve had in France. We had a lot of great meals in Paris but this was the best one. We did the chefs tasting menu. Very accommodating for our gluten free and vegetarian friends, not just excluding items for them but doing new dishes.
Atypical place. I enjoyed a nice salad as I can't eat pancakes because of my gluten intolerance...

We arrived at Saint Germain around 9:18 p.m. Beyond the warm, friendly and family welcome we were received like kings. A table of 14 but that doesn't scare them! Remarkable service: no waiting, quality and local dishes, and above all cocktails. And what cocktails! Thanks to Mister cocktail for his attention and his wise advice in terms of mixing. Our friend who has celiac disease was listened to, pampered and pampered, to the point of buying gluten-free bread on purpose! An incredible culinary experience! Le Coq Sauvage is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The dishes are always delicious, with options for all tastes, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. The atmosphere is really pleasant, perfect for having a good time with friends or family. A very beautiful place, a lovely view, very good cuisine, a varied menu with different options (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), it's a shame that the organization of the team is not at the same level. After waiting to be seated, we waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken. 20 minutes later we still had no water at the table. We then received the starter before the cocktails, then the dishes very quickly. It was good and nicely presented, too bad we had to drink our cocktails at the same time as the dish.
The staff is pleasant and helpful, a little more organization would have made the moment magical.

Incredible view and setting. The cocktail/bar area is beautiful set out an decorated. The cocktails were a fair price and lovely. The meal was great. We had the “eyes shut” menu which meant you had no idea what you were getting till it arrived. Each course came with a chosen glass of wine. They were able to accommodate a gluten free diet easily. The service was steady and laid back making for a very relaxed evening. View from the terrace whilst eating was second to none. If in the area and looking for a special place to have good meal this is it.
