Excellent experience!
The pizzas are amazing, with light dough and quality ingredients, but the real surprise were the gluten-free options. Finally a pizzeria where those with intolerances can enjoy a truly delicious pizza.

His preparation in recommending wines was impeccable: he guided us with passion and competence in choosing the perfect pairing for our dishes, transforming the dinner into a small food and wine journey. During my holiday in Palermo I had breakfast here several times because they have croissants for celiacs which are also good, not the usual massive unleavened products. They also have gluten-free cannoli which are good and look like the normal ones. Seriously, I recommend you stop by here if you need gluten free.
