Absolutely delightful! Healthy, wholesome and such good value for the quality and variety of ingredients. We went back twice whilst in Medellin. They have a different menu del día each day with 5 or 6 options (including meat and fish)all with different accompaniments and also have an extensive menu of raw, vegan, gluten free food as well. The miso soup was especially delicious! The shop was full of lovely products to goggle at whilst waiting for food too. Thank you Saludpan! (They do charge for takeaway containers as do many places in South America which I personally feel is the way it should be unlike in the UK where you pay less but end up causing more waste…)

Very good burgers, large and at a good price. They also have a gluten-free option (bread made by them that is very spongy and delicious). Another plus point is that the potatoes are NOT frozen. Also gluten-free desserts, they are more expensive in relation to the food but they are large in size, very delicious. The only thing I would change would be the color of the pistachio ice cream, which seems to contain coloring and feels more artificial despite being artisanal. Very friendly staff. You can pay by card although they report a possible surcharge from the bank.

This is the kind of place that makes you stop and stare. All the desserts look mouthwatering. The best part? Everything is made as healthy as possible, with no gluten or added sugar. Keep in mind that it’s a different take on your favorite treats. These are healthier versions of classic desserts, don’t expect them to taste the same. I tried the tiramisu and while it wasn’t like a traditional one, it was still a delicious treat. Is a small place but they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer free WiFi. It’s the perfect place to grab dessert after a meal in Usaquén and not feel guilty about it. If you’re into sweets but want a healthier option, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Credit cards accepted.

The service was amazing! Everyone was so attentive and helpful and you can really tell they care about customer service. I ordered the cherry lemonade which didn’t taste like cherry or lemonade so I don’t recommend. I ordered the gluten free pizza (an extra 5,500pesos) and it was delicious!! Nice thin crust and you could tell it was made fresh . Overall a great experience and very celiac friendly.

My partner and I went to this restaurant today with the sole mission of eating gluten-free and a hamburger from the Vegan Burguer. Even though the VB event supposedly continued until today, and we saw how they were delivering several boxes of hamburgers at home, we were greeted with a "NO, we are not selling those hamburgers here", but well, well... Well, we gave them the opportunity, we asked "gluten-free option", they basically answered us: "there is the menu". We chose some exquisite pizzas, but how is it possible that it takes more than 40 minutes to make 2 personal pizzas? Incredible. In the end. Very good food, poor service and "false advertising" with the Vegan Burger.

Excellent place to go to dinner. They have gluten-free options marked on the menu and they know about it. Among the gluten-free options are paellas, potato omelette, patatas bravas and garlic shrimp. The service is good and the place is pleasant. They only accept cash.

My partner and I had a great experience dining here. The food was amazing and looked beautiful on the plate. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Marco our main waiter was careful and considerate when I mentioned I was gluten free (coeliac) and ensured that my food was safe to eat. This place was the best we had tried in Cartagena and the staff made our experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place, especially to people with allergies.

Super delicious food, great service and gluten-free waffles😍 I have celiac disease myself and a strong reaction to gluten. Never had any problems here (waffles are made from cassava and tapioca starch) - cross-contamination wasn't a problem either. Big recommendation!🙌

We visit Hard Rock globally and have membership, so of course we could not miss Hard Rock Cartagena. Food: it was hard to get gluten-free options and very difficult for our server to understand, even though the menu shows the gluten-free options. We used Google translate to give the full requirements (translated to spanish). Most other restaurants in the area were more helpful. The server brought the order with wheat/gluten bun after full explanation received. Disappointed. Atmosphere: amazing with great selections all over the walls. Music is playing all the time and not too loud. Other staff: fun and helpful, only table server was disappointing. Overall, the layout and atmosphere were brilliant, just like all other Hard Rock cafes. If you have no allergies, it is worth a visit. Otherwise, be careful.

A beautiful café with two levels, featuring stunning high ceilings on the second floor adorned with artwork depicting architecture and history. The menu included allergy labels, which we initially appreciated—until we realized they were not entirely accurate or comprehensive. For example, the Waffles de Yuca were labeled as lactose-free, vegan, and gluten-free, yet they were served with a whole egg on top—an ingredient that is not vegan-friendly. Additionally, the açaí bowl arrived partially frozen with noticeable ice chunks. When I requested it to be warmed up, the staff initially explained that açaí is traditionally served cold but eventually blended it to adjust the texture. Their kids waffle dish was also disappointing. Why would you advertise an elaborate bear head waffle and just give some random thing to customers? (See photos). My favourite dish was the Cayeye de la Casa—incredibly flavorful and unique. Overall, the staff was friendly, but if you have food allergies, I recommend double-checking the menu, as the labelling may not be entirely reliable. They had high chairs and a kid menu.

They have a separate menu with gluten-free options marked (and dishes suitable for other allergies). The place is not cheap. But the waiter was aware of what things he could consume or not, the service was excellent and the food exquisite. I recommend booking. You can pay by card.

So freaking good. We absolutely loved this spot. Great vibes on the patio, and even better food. I have a gluten allergy and our server Andrés did an excellent job making sure I felt good about what I was ordering and how it was prepared. For drinks we had cold brew, a cappuccino, shared a smoothie (pineapple, mango, passionfruit) and loved all of them. The cold brew was so smooth. For our food we split the tropical bowl (with GF oats), the feta toast (on GF bread), and the fresh bagel sandwich (but on GF bread). All three were delicious. The feta toast was probably my favorite, smashed avocado with feta, strawberries, and a drizzle of balsamic. I'm definitely gonna try and make that myself, it was outstanding. Anyway, all thumbs up. Ten stars. Would definitely recommend.

There is something that I really like about the site, and that is that in its exterior decoration the plants are the protagonists, as they help a lot to isolate the site from the street, and that is valuable. I always ordered addresses from them, so this time I decided to come to the site and I was not disappointed either. They have various breakfast options, salads 🥗, bowls and wraps among others. All the pastries are in almond flour, and the wraps are in rice flour. I wish the pancakes 🥞 and the toasts were gluten free too. It would be a very cute detail for those who cannot consume wheat flour. The girls who attended us were very friendly, and also the service was very fast.
