What started out as a not so good service, was turned in to a good one. My daughter has celiac, and I ordered a gluten free dinner to go. When I arrived home, there was flour tortillas in her meal. I called the restaurant back, talked to the manager Gali. She apologized and hand delivered her a new meal. I can’t thank Gali enough for caring about the service and my daughter condition enough to offer correction.

Writing this review for our server, Will. He was very attentive in our needs, especially for Carol who has a Gluten allergy. He helped her with the menu and explained everything in detail. He insured that she received what she asked for and made sure everything was not contaminated for her. He took very good care of our table and made sure we had everything we needed. I took my daughters out to Parlor as a treat, we were first timers here. There is meter parking on the side of the building and a small strip of free parking in the back, parking was pretty good for the area.
The 4 of us each got a donut, and the 4 of us have different reviews.
Service was phenomenal, the staff was so friendly and patient.
As for the food, we got the vegan option of their donuts and they come gluten free which was nice because i needed mine to be both gluten free and vegan.
I personally wasnt a fan, but understand i am a plain jane kinda gal, and these are fancy gourmet donuts. It was great for what its supposed to be, but not for me preference wise.
My daughter however LOVED it. Shes more of a classy gal, she loves fancy places and macarons lol so this was right up her alley.
They are on the more expensive side, but what isn't these days? Also, again, i would consider these gourmet donuts. Think along the realm of crumble cookie in donut form with a more hipster vide to it.
