I am celiac and it was a wonderful experience! Our server Valerie was so knowledgeable and sweet! They have so many gluten free and vegan options! I was very impressed! Traveling through Springfield - an app for those with celiac led us here. This was one of my favorite meals on our trip! Great atmosphere and service - the sage & mushroom soup was delicious as well as the cod which was wonderful (and I don't love fish!) My kids had gluten free meals which were also delicious! I'd definitely come back here anytime we're in the area! It was a great meal!

They have a good selection of food and it's customizable for different dietary restrictions! I have a gluten intolerance and finding safe sushi is a challenge. Craft Sushi has their gluten free and vegan ingredients marked on their "create your own" section of the menu. I've had both their Thai chicken and Tasty Tofu bowls and both were delicious!
My only complaint is that the restaurant can be a little loud

I got the Cesar wrap and omg it was good! I would have liked a little less lettuce so I’ll order it like that next time so no biggie! The fries were also so tasty!! I’ll probably order extra cheese on those next time too cause I really loved the taste of them! Over all 5 stars even with what I would have changed! And to see that they have Gluten Free options? The food is great as always but I just had to come online to compliment Shane at the grill. He is AWESOME! My daughter and I both have gluten allergies and he took the time to make sure our food and the entire preparation was safe for us. Shane exemplifies what service should be! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and a dedicated worker! Please give that guy kudos and a raise and promotion!
