All of their burgers are gluten free, you just have to ask for a gluten free bun. Their onion rings and fries are also gluten free & they have gluten free beer too! A coeliac must try!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bill's in Cardiff Bay.
We turned up without a reservation and despite the place being quite busy, we were seated promptly and drinks orders taken quickly.
I'm Coeliac which means boring gluten free dining, but in Bill's there is a whole gf menu so I didn't feel left out. I had the Fish Pie and Banoffee Sundae, both of which were different from usual gf options.
They also did a gf IPA which I wasn't very keen on but nice to have the option.
We were served by Gabriel. He's an absolute treasure.
If you're gf, you should deffo give the place a try!

Our first time visiting here, staff were friendly and as we arrived a lot early for our booking we sat outside and ordered drinks. A table became available and so we were seated quickly.
Unfortunately only one cider was gluten free which was no good for myself. Food on the other hand had several gluten free options which meant I had plenty of choice.
The food came and tasted amazing and I will definitely be visiting again I just really hope there's more choice for beer for those with celiac disease.
My other criticism is staff were so busy trying to get you to pay to leave so they could free up the table and neglected to show you the card machine screen so you could double check the bill was correct apart from that it was a great experience.

Very good selection of GF options. Nothing with Gluten is cooked in the fryers either so you dns rest assured you’ll be safe. It’s a little pricey for the portions but the flavours incredible. We will be back.

Lunchtime today we were a party of 14 celebrating 3 70th birthdays. Kacie, our waitress was very patient and understanding, taking extra care with the gluten free meal. She was very pleasant, friendly and patient with such a large group. The restaurant was quiet so we stayed at the table for well over the 2 hour slot allocated. At the end of the meal a special dessert with a candle was served. There was no mention of 70th birthdays when I booked so Kacie must have realised when we sang Happy birthday. Thank you Kacie - highly recommend your waitressing skills
