Great location with fresh, delicious options, but the service can be hit or miss, and cleanliness needs some attention.

I recently visited Grill’d, hoping for a satisfying burger experience, but left disappointed. The food was noticeably dry, particularly the beef patty, which lacked juiciness and felt overcooked. The gluten free bun didn’t help either—it was stale and crumbled easily, making the meal less enjoyable. It was dense, dry, and had an off-putting aftertaste, far from the quality I’d expect from a chain that promotes healthier options.
To make matters worse, the staff didn’t inform me that certain items I ordered were unavailable until my food was served, which was frustrating as I’d chosen this option for a reason. The lack of communication to us felt careless and added to the overall poor experience. You can tell that the communication between staff is also lacking and they weren’t trained well, as they where cleaning the restaurant while my burger was left on the counter to get cold. When we finally got the burger, we had to ask for our drinks which we ordered before that.
While the restaurant was clean and the service was quick, these issues with the food quality and lack of transparency overshadowed any positives. Grill’d needs to improve its gluten-free offerings and ensure better communication with customers. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
They gave our money back on the burger which was good in the end
Known for its unique mix of vegan and gluten-free options, it impresses with tasty pita but leaves some wanting more value for money.

Pretty good, but quite over priced. 2 Spartan bowls cost us over $50 and were not huge. Mix of gluten free and vegan options which was awesome. But disappointed the vegan Greek salad was just greek salad minus feta. i.e. just a green salad. More likely to return if prices come down
Known for its stellar coffee with a perfect crema and a cozy vibe, this spot also offers interesting food options and on-site roasting fun.

Amazing coffee with even better pastrami sandwich (not only)! Gluten-free option is also available and it doesn't taste like paper (comparing to other places). The staff are super friendly, always welcoming you with the smile, great attitude and swift service!
I'm there couple times a week and still regretting that I've discovered this place only few months ago!
Expect deliciously massive portions of tasty Thai dishes in a casual vibe, though service might occasionally miss the mark.

The best Thai food in Sydney! Really tasty food, gluten free and vegan options, and affordable! Had a couple of issues with service (wrong meat ordered, no drinks etc) but the food is divine! Very large portions so fantastic value for money. Not the cosiest restaurant, quite basic, but who cares when the food is 👏👏
Chic vibes and tasty onigiri make this place a must-visit, with cool music adding to the laid-back atmosphere.

This chic Japanese cafe really offers "quick, healthy and delicious" food as what the package says. There are a number of gluten free options like the salmon/tuna onigiri and gluten free soba noodle. I would suggest the cafe to offer gluten free chicken onigiri in future.
Standard chicken onigiri is tasty.
