Rang Sorbellos to let them know this has happened. Very disappointed as I had previously felt confident eating from Sorbellos.

I had the eggs Benedict with mushrooms on toasted sourdough and my husband had a gluten free toasted mushroom sandwich. My meal was absolutely huge and was fresh and full of flavour, eggs were cooked to perfection. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the coffee but overall was a great experience.

Phenomenonal service & food! Every mouthful was full of flavour. Each dish that came out we rated 10/10. Such a wonderful restaurant for people who can't eat gluten or dairy as there are so many options on the menu. As we left the restaurant we were already beginning to plan when we can come back to Mackay and visit!

The team always do put a smile on your face, and the food and drinks are amazing also. This is one of my go to places to meet up with someone, but also great if on the go with the use of the bopple app. As a coeliac, there is only few places trusted in town, and they provide a few meals which tick the boxes with been dairy free also. Always look forward to seeing any new additions on the menu. Thank you for providing a safe space to enjoy delicious food.

This is THE place to catch up with friends and have a meal that is perfect every time! Staff are excellent. Always really busy so use the app if cut for time. As coeliac, regard as good to eat! Double the bacon for double the flavour!

Expensive Gluten free bread from Canberra "deeks" 13.99. Offft good range of gluten free items on stop fair amount of meats and sliced/ small.goods great fruit and veg. Honey eggs milk. Etc thanks for the experience very clean and tidy store with friendly staff!

Usually love the Austral. My husband is coeliac & its hard to find places that have GF options. Usually I can talk with staff at the order counter & check what is still gf on the menu. They usually check with the kitchen to make sure & make a note of his allergy. Now they force you to order from the table with your phone. If you place the filter as gf you only get the choice of grilled fish yet we know he can have a steak & the sauces there are all gf. A big plus is that the chips are gf & cooked in a seperate fryer than any other food. When you have a food allergy it is important to have face to face contact when ordering a meal. What a backward step to now inforce this kind of contactless ordering. I also notice that through the app they slug you with a surcharge as well fir using your card. Austral & Alh lift your game & go back to some face to face service. The staff are so lovely but im afraid we may not be back.

They were super accommodating to me about my gluten free requirements. My partner and I were able to order the big platter and they split it onto two plates, gluten free and not. Everything tasted delicious.

The food is awesome, every time I’ve been I’ve been so happy, but I’m doing a special review today because I took my two children here for breakfast. One is gluten and dairy free and my gosh! Good food and value for the generous portions. Brisket was very tasty Would be great if there were more gluten free and dairy free options. I had the brisket added to the mushroom bruschetta dish sign no bread. It was delicious, actually too big for me.

This is a gorgeous restaurant, the service and food were both wonderful. We stayed an extra night at the Shakespeare Motel, room was spacious, very clean and bed was ok, I prefere soft myself, it was medium as they are in most motels. Complementary continental breakfast was lovely with an added touch of fresh baked divine raspberry muffins, gluten free bread, with fruit and yogurt all included with the usual things. We've found our go to place everytime we travel south and are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Shakespeare staff see you again.
