✨COELIAC SAFE✨ we attended as a group of three families with two coeliac kids and not one person had a single complaint about their meal! Food was delicious and great quality, the service was great and the coeliac kids were STOKED to be able to order GF nuggets that were safe for them to eat! There is also a playground and a TV room so the kids were entertained! Will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Unfortunatley, this was not as good as expected or hoped. We came here due to the Happy Cow app reviews. However, the Gluten Free bread has egg in it, so they can't do vegan and gluten free bread of any kind. (They do acknowledge this on their vegan menu.) They agreed to add avocado to replace the bread. Then they came back to tell us they also didn't have any GF Vg hashbrowns, so they agreed to add extra chips to replace the hashbrowns. Then we waited...and waited. When it finally came, the meal was small. They forgot the mushrooms (standard with the meal), and they forgot the avocado, which was to replace the bread, and they didn't give us the extra chips that were to replace the hashbrowns. They did get us the avocado when we asked, and they put a rush on the mushrooms, but I'd nearly finished eating when they came. Overall, this meal was expensive, as it was small and lacklustre, and we left hungry. The place was initially busy, and people generally seemed very happy with their meals. So I think they just dropped the ball on the intolerance menu.

Best Coffee EVER. Breakfast was outstanding Gluten Free yea !! and staff are so warm and friendly. Do yourself a favour and come down and see how these guys do it differently. Exceptional!!

We came for a nice breakfast and really liked all the gluten-free and dairy-free options. Service was friendly and quick and after brekkie we got a smoothie and a couple of bakes for our drive. The gf bread wasn’t awesome, but we‘re always happy to find one anyway, so all in all a great spot to come back to.

I’m visiting Rockhampton from Brisbane and needed somewhere for dinner, this was hands down, the best Indian meal I’ve had. I was greeted by the owner who provided recommendations, spoke through what we like about Indian cuisine and gave us his thoughts. LOVED his honesty and passion for food. Service was 100%, flavours were absolutely mouth watering. I’m gluten free, the chickpea flour garlic naan was delicious. Cannot believe out of all places, Rockhampton carries the best Indian restaurant I’ve been too.

Helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Beautifully decorated and elegant finishes. Its located inside Rockhampton Leagues Club. The food we ordered was fantastic and delicious. We dined in, and it was a very pleasant experience. One of the best basil chicken stir fry I have had over the years. They also cater and understand dietary requirements, which was an added bonus. My friends enjoyed their meals, which were vegan and gluten-free. Highly recommend them if you love Thai food.

Well I must say, before I ventured down there to see such a small unassuming shop all on its lonesome there on the highway,( this is the old location I'm talking about, its down past the servo opposite Maccss now) just down the road from a leagues club I was a bit taken aback and concerned it would have nothing I would like. I ended up getting dinner there every night that whole week LMAO! Like $15 bucks (quality kicks A' over macca's) for a large rice and curry of your choice and Herb n Garlic Naan to boot. I was NEVER ONCE disappointed, tender chicken, delicious flavours. If you get something a bit more adventurous and spicy make sure you thinly slice some cucumber and get some natural coconut yogurt and ground cumin seed sprinkled over and mix together and blob on top, it'll take the sting out and you can enjoy really hot mothers. Warning: addictive food and price. On a serious diet change now so :-(, but my mouth waters thinking about it. disclaimer: I am unaware of quality of health benefits i.e. sugar levels, gluten, dairy, or any of those lovely things I no longer digest so do some digging first and ask them (friendliest staff I've ever come across) if they have any versions to suit your aversions haha, if you're that way inclined? who knows.

Captain Nemo’s is a Rocky institution. The food is amazing and the service is always fantastic. The subs are a generous size and offer a variety of delicious toppings. The food is always fresh and tasty and the Captain’s own mayo is the stuff of legend. There are also wrap and salad options for those who don’t want a sub or require a gluten free option. Definitely pay a visit to the Captain when you’re in town!

We got some takeaway meals and coffee on our drive through, the eggs Benedict and the biscoff pancakes were both delicious, the hollandaise sauce is very nice and meals were very well presented, they have gluten free bread as an option which is very much appreciated. Coffee could use some improvement though, it was a bit sour.

Lovey cafe/restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. The coffee is smooth and hot and the smoothies are cold and refreshing. The Orange Almond cake is not only gluten free but also dairy free, I could have eaten the whole loaf. Make sure you try the Steak burger.

Before you are seated look in the cabinet as they have some great gluten free cakes Orange and Almond delicious. Plus price is $5.50 coffee cop $4 bargain along with the great informative waitress. Fantastic we'll be back.....a must try café
