If you are looking for a place that caters for gluten free you can’t go past Ragu and Co they cater for celiacs. The owner herself is intolerant so very understanding to gluten free requirements. The staff are very friendly, and obliging. We didn’t even have a booking, and they took us in. Excellent food and extensive wine list. Great place will definitely come again.

Lovely, relaxing, tapas style, lunch enjoyed out the front on the lawn of this delightful spot (accompanied by wine of course). Plenty of gluten-free options & our dogs were allowed to sit with us outside in the garden.
Looking forward to visiting again.

Last week I collected a very large order for our school group (60+ Year 9 students and staff) who stopped-in at Clare on the way back from the Flinders Ranges.
I was very impressed with both the quality of the Pizzas as well as the ease in which the Panchos management handled the order and prepared it at exactly the time in which we needed to collect.
Further to this, the Gluten Free base was delicious and the Pizza sauce (for all toppings) was enjoyed by all.
Many thanks again to the Panchos staff - we will certainly be back to do more business here!

What a great place to eat at. We had breakfast here today and it was faultless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So many fantastic choices on their extensive, easy to read menu. Lots of choices for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free options as well. The coffee was excellent. The meals were a good size so you won't walk out hungry or disappointed. If you are in town and looking for something to eat, make sure you visit Zest Cafe.
