Great ambience, awesome spot on a jetty overlooking the Barwon Heads and bay.
Excellent fresh and beautifully cooked fish.
The best thing is you have the choice grilled of fried and with the added choice of non garlic/onion use and other allergy choices i.e gluten or dairy free.
Thoroughly worth coming halfway round the world for 😜

We had a great brunch at Annie’s. The coffee was excellent, and the beef and burgundy pie was fantastic. My wife is gluten intolerant, and she couldn’t stop talking about how good the pie was. It’s not easy to find gluten-free options that taste this good. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Annie’s for brunch!

We had the most beautiful dinner last night. Could not fault anything food was amazing and so were the staff. We ordered to share. So many gluten free options. One of our group of 5 is gluten free and it was so good for him not to have to order his own meal and be able to experience the food journey with us.

Average kind of an ice cream shop with a good variety of flavors. There are a bunch of stools right outside of the store on the walkway if you prefer to stay and eat your ice cream. I don’t think they make the ice cream in house if that matters to you. They do offer vegan and gluten free on some flavors. I had the Milk chocolate (gf) which was very good and my boys enjoyed the rainbow flavor.

The food and atmosphere during a lunch visit was super enjoyable, the "Black Pearl" is what I had and the Asian dressing was so perfectly paired with the healthy serving of Salmon, Avo and Mango. Will absolutely be going again. The price may be a little steep for a salad however in Barwon Heads nothing seems to be cheap. There are lots of gluten free, Vegan and Vegetarian highly recommend.

A visit to Victoria wouldn't be the same without a cruise down the GO road to breath in some salty air and to soak up coastal vibes
My Sis insisted we stop off in Barwon Heads, grab a coffee, and try a "Squishy".. "A friggin what" was my reply... "You'll see" she said hahaha.
It was about 930am and the Starfish was absolutely pumping. Locals and visitors alike queued down the street waiting to put in takeaway orders or too be lucky enough to find a table.... and now I know why.
The coffees were on point and the alleged "Squishy" (which turned out to be the most perfectly cooked runny fried egg, bacon and mayo and the softest bread roll ever) was equal to the hype.
They even prepared a GF version for my amazing wife who is Coeliac.
Can't wait to return!!!
Note: this place gets super busy, so one must be a little patient if you want to enjoy it's offerings
