I stumbled upon The Servo by chance, as it was the only place still serving food in the area—and I couldn’t be happier that I did. As someone with coeliac disease, I was truly impressed by their attention to dietary requirements and the welcoming sense of community from the moment I walked in.
I ordered the BFC (buttermilk fried chicken) burger with chips, both prepared in a dedicated gluten free fryer. The meal was outstanding.. so much so that I found myself double checking if it was truly coeliac safe! The quality and flavour exceeded my expectations, making this a must visit spot for anyone seeking delicious and safe gluten free options. So good the normies won't question it!
