Our server, Himanshu k was very nice and accommodating for our gluten allergy. The food was the best quality food I've had in a long time and the presentation had so much care put into it. My partner and I licked the plate clean. Their deserts were top tier and we didn't expect such amazing service!

The Hudson has a good sized menu with many gluten free options, and the servers are very knowledgeable of their products (and food allergies), especially our waitress heather.

Excellent food, generous portions, great service, friendly atmosphere, fair price! Next time we're at WEM, we will definitely be eating here (lots of gluten friendly fare)! It stands up against not only the other food court options, but the restaurants, too!
