It was good, but not a very big menu. Not really celiacs friendly so I just got my daughter and partner stuff and took a few bites of my daughters pulled pork lol.

Passing through Quesnel for a late lunch and in search of a quality and reasonably priced meal with gluten free and dairy free options. Our family loved eating here. The food we ordered: butter chicken, coconut curry, veggie pakoras and tandoori vegetables was delicious! The rice with peas was a delicious surprise with roasted onions and the naan was soft and grilled perfectly. The decor and food showed a high attention to detail. The service was welcoming and the waiter brought ample water multiple times. Thank you for a memorable meal and stop in Quesnel!

I just love ,love ,love this place. Coming here one enjoys old fashioned, kind, values of this place: excellent , generous food (" we bake our own bread")...and only 1.00 for Gluten free ( likely store bought but not gouging you for a health need like others who add 3-4.00 for a tiddly slice of GF bread....), employs locals, the prices are generally 2/3 what they are elsewhere , the decor is old fashioned and genuine... I noticed the tables have custom made tiles with their " Granville" theme....Service has to be fast but always respectful....the regular bakery section is awesome. Just a down home place.... So nice to see it continuing throughout the years , I plan my biannual Vancouver to Smithers road trip so I can come here ! Staffer said busy 7 a.m. till closing but 1-ish is a bit quieter.....open 7 days a week! Check the hours
