Nations has an awesome selection of cooked food but also groceries. It has a ton of really interesting imported food, so if you wanna try Japanese chips or candy, they have an awesome selection. Aside from the imported food they also have a great selection of produce, and more local items. My favorite Italian gluten free pasta is sold there and it's hard to find. I also love their seafood counter, they have a great selection and with reasonable prices that are more affordable than loblaws. I love coming to this grocery store! They have everything and more!
Their ice cream is gluten-free and free of fillers. The staff member was very accommodating to make sure the food was prepared on a fresh-washed gluten-free surface.
