Found by chance, looking for gluten-free pizza in Montecatini. From the outside it seems like a very "cool and expensive" place... instead it is a nice place, run by young and willing guys, that makes good dishes at honest prices. The gluten-free pizza was really good! (Also the one with:) Excellent tomato. ONLY IMPORTANT ADVICE... MARK CLEARLY WITH A WRITING ON THE CARTONS OR WITH DIFFERENT COLORED PLATES WHEN THE PIZZA IS GLUTEN-FREE TO AVOID UNPLEASANT MISTAKES. Worth a visit. Thanks!

Great place! Dining room filled with Italians, no tourists with the exception of us. Great local food. One of the best gluten free pizzas my wife ever had. For appetisers, main courses and deserts there are also many gluten free options. Very friendly staff. Lovely outside area and terrace next to a little stream. Very much worth the beautiful drive up the hill. Would highly recommend.

My favorite pastry shop. Sweet and savory, even gluten-free, of superior quality. Perhaps the only place where gluten-free products are indistinguishable from "normal" ones. Impressive. Very high quality of both ingredients and workmanship and so much friendliness and kindness. Unmissable!

A great burger, great ingredients, great sandwich! Welcoming, friendly staff! The boss is a real burger boss. The gluten-free sandwiches are spectacular and the menu is vast, the sandwiches are kilometer zero made in Monsummano Terme, as are all the Tuscan ingredients.

I discovered this oven which is truly the end of the world for those, like me, looking for fresh and gluten-free products. Each dessert is prepared with care and you can feel the quality of the ingredients, not to mention the savory ones, pizzas, focaccias, bread and so on and so forth. The prices are really good, considering the high quality offered. Particular praise goes to the owners who are always available even with last minute orders, always trying to meet customer needs. I highly recommend this oven to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious gluten-free sweets and savories, without sacrificing taste and freshness.

Everything super good and appetizing! I was initially a little reluctant to talk about 'fried'... but instead I had to change my mind because the TASCA wasn't oily at all, it even looked like it was made in the oven even though it wasn't! We took the Combo menu so we also ate the churros which were devastating! All strictly GLUTEN FREE, welcoming and friendly owner. We will definitely be back!

I've been there a couple of times for work, for dinners with the guys I worked for. And the last time for pleasure with a group of friends. Lots of choice, even pizza for celiacs. The burgers are wonderful but I should try them. The tiramisu is not so good, their cakes are better!

New place, completely overturned what was a meeting place for young people with aperitifs and non-traditional dishes and gluten-free cuisine. We wanted a table to drink, we asked what I presume is the foreign head waiter who doesn't understand Italian well, after 20 minutes of waiting in which she disappeared to serve and accommodate other people who wanted to eat we left. There were plenty of free tables.

Not very large but pleasant place with large outdoor space a stone's throw from Pistoia cathedral. Fantastic cuisine for celiacs. Good selection of wines. We went for an aperitif and everything was good from the platters to the desserts.

I go there for breakfast with my husband or with my friend. There is always a lot of choice. Both sweet and savory. I am not celiac and yet I happily have breakfast there. Very nice atmosphere. Yesterday I had breakfast with a freshly baked rice pudding. What a delight!

We booked at this farmhouse by agreeing on a menu consisting of a starter, two first courses and a second course of meat. They didn't do anything wrong, and they placed us in a room with a spectacular table, effectively serving us a beautiful banquet. Punctual service, good wine, therefore a nice experience spent in joy. They paid particular attention to vegetarians and celiacs, which was much appreciated.

The food is very good. The pizza is authentic but still well cooked everywhere without being burned. The ingredients are spectacular. The place is AIC certified for gluten-free. The staff is very kind and the wait for the pizza is not long. There are also online reservation options Having only tried the pizza I cannot express an opinion on the other products even if they have various options between appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts.
