I have a gluten intolerance and from the first minute they treated me with sympathy and knowing my needs.
They recommended the Andalusian-style squid, coated in chickpea flour, and they modified the warm marinara to make it with gluten-free bread.
The gluten-free bread they served me was delicious and with sunflower and poppy seeds.
The Burratini is very delicious.
