Stayed while visiting Cheddar Gorge. A perfect location, in the centre of Cheddar, in walking distance of the Gorge. Had a great stay. Room was nice, and breakfast was lovely. Had dinner too, which was also very well done, and all homemade. A very good selection of gluten-free too.
All staff very accommodating, and extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area

Perfect cafe well cooked food, I had ham and cheddar and pickle sandwich, ham was excellent. My partner had breakfast, loads of food, not a small snack like a meal, mushrooms cooked lovely and all very hot.

I have coeliacs and when I notified them, they went above and beyond to make sure my food was made safely and separately to everything else. They poached my fish for me so I could still have fish and chips so to speak.
They informed me the first Monday of every month is gluten free so if you suffer like I do head down there. Great staff, great atmosphere and all round great experience

Very friendly and accommodating of our gluten free requirements. We had a lovely afternoon tea and the kids loved theirs too! Would def come again. The rating would be 4.5 if I could, the Brownie was not quite as good as others but everything else tasted great!

This Pub was an absolute gem. Very dog friendly - we turned up with 3 large dogs and it was no issue, the staff were happy to fuss them. Staff were so friendly, service was great. Food was incredible!!
I'm also Gluten free and they will adjust almost everything on their menu to a GF option, the bread I had with my starter was the best gluten free bread I've tasted in the 16 years I've been GF. Will definaltely be back. Thank you!
