The roast chicken was served lukewarm, and there wasn’t enough bacon to go around the stuffing. There was no gluten-free gravy or cranberry sauce available, which was disappointing. The Yorkshire puddings were flat and overdone, and the puddings were not served with the coffees as requested. There was also no Diet Coke—only flat Pepsi. Overall, the quality of the food wasn’t great, and the experience was underwhelming.”
