Visited today for lunch. Excellent service and good atmosphere. Vegan burger selection very good with gluten free baps and onion rings. Staff very helpful with allergies. My partner had a beef burger which he said was very good. Meat sourced locally, nothing frozen. Would definitely recommend a visit

We were given an area off main dining area as there were 8 in our party. Waiters were great and were very patient and helpful. Food was lovely and just had an issue of Dairy Free and Gluten Free. Difficult to get both in same dish. Just one or other!

Friendly staff clean and tidy. Great evening for nut free people and people who are Gluten and Dairy free and a vegetarian in the party. We were all catered for perfectly well and safely too. It was a lovely atmosphere. Will be back another time.

Nicely decorated space with a clean toilet. Service quite bad, we got the bill before dessert. The dirty plates remained on the table until dessert arrived. The taste of the food did not really resemble Italian food. Prices quite high. The gluten-free options are a plus, but we still wouldn't go back.

One of the best gelato (from India to UK) and dessert places around. Cozy little place in an alley. We had glutenfree chococoffee tart and gelato. Gianduia flavoured gelato was to die for. Would recommend 5/5!

We went to have lunch to get gluten free pizzas, as advertised in their menu. However, they had ran out of the base pizzas. We found that very disappointing, as we couldn't enjoy the lunch we had booked for. I think this type of mistake is so easily fixable, just stock enough gluten free pizza bases, that a review was necessary so that this doesn't happen again in the future. Please, stock properly for your celiac clients. Thank you. EDIT: After returning to the premises we had a wonderful lunch. Thank you for inviting us to return.

My daughter is gluten-sensitive and type 1 diabetic, and we found divine pizza for her here. The staff was perfect, they even checked the carbohydrate content of the pizza base.And the children's chocolate shake is something fantastic. My partner and I also ordered.

I would like to say I took my husband out for a meal here for his birthday. I'm coeliac and I felt so comfortable with how the two members of staff made me feel. We had an amazing experience and the food was excellent and the service was very good and friendly and very professional . Thank you we will be back with our granddaughter as she's coeliac and doesn't feel comfortable with eating out . But I'm sure this is the right place to get her out and enjoying her self. As a coeliac with other food allergies I struggle to want to go out to eat, it gets complicated and sometimes I feel I annoy the servers/kitchen staff. Our friendly waiter Amelie explained how simple the allergen filter is while giving recommendations and being playfully but professionally cheerful which made me want to even try a dessert for the first time in ages. She had light banter and was very honest with what I should and shouldn’t eat due to cross contamination which wasn’t specifically listed on the allergen filter, such as deep fried gluten free food being a no no for coeliacs. She needs recognition and a pay rise if possible, will definitely come back with my wife and family if she is working. 11/10 service

Brunch Club Meal Saturday 18 January 2025 I arrived at the venue at 9.15 am, and I called the daughter, to tell her that I was outside the venue, and would wait for her to arrive, as we had agreed to meet there at 9.30 am, when she arrived, we went inside the cafe, at which point she told me that she had invited her father to come as well, and that she forgot to tell me that he was coming, (it turned out that it was a good thing that he came, as they had planned to go away for the weekend) and that she needed help with packing. The daughter ordered a Large Hot Chocolate drink with Oat Milk, (she had bought along her own Travel Mug), and I ordered a Medium English Breakfast Tea, and two pieces of Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie as well. When the Father arrived and saw us seated, he sat down, and ordered a Bacon Sandwich, with Sourdough Bread and two Coffee Lattes, one to drink in the cafe, and one to take away. After a short while, we all got up and left the cafe, and I said to the daughter that I would contact her soon, and I said good bye to the father as well, and I said the same to him. Overall the experience, service and food that we had was very good.

Went for a mini date night and had heard amazing things about Bread & Meat. Honestly amazing food my other half had the honey soy chicken sandwich with a side of poutine and it was all stunning. I chose the phikky cheese steak bowl (gluten free as I am coeliac) and it was amazing, highly highly reccomend we will be back at some point!

I went out of my way to find this pub on a trip to Cambridge as I had heard they serve gluten free beer and I'm glad I did. I called in at lunch time and they had 2 GF cask and 2 GF keg beers on so I was very pleased. It's a really nice friendly pub and it has a great beer garden at the rear. I was so impressed that I went back at night time for more beer and to try the burgers. There was the option of a gluten free bun and the food was really nice. Next time I am in Cambridge I will definitely visit this pub again.

Have gluten-free etc options but the food is very bland and disappointing, despite using decent ingredients. Their coffee is terrible, I know only one place in Cambridge which serves worse brew than this. Won’t come again.

I love this pub. The staff are always friendly and make a huge effort to create a local pub atmosphere. Food is decent, especially the Sunday roasts, of which a gluten free / vegan option is possible. Always excellent beer with interesting options and good prices.

Service is shocking!! My 4 year old has celiac disease and before we went in asked if they had a GF menu which they showed us a wide option but this was in fact wrong!! My daughter ended up with only 1 choice and we wasn't allowed to order her food with our order and this was taken nearly 10 minutes after which meant she had her food ages after us including her drink which My husband had to go to the bar to chase himself!! The staff seemed like they didn't have a clue and was rude I'd never go back it was shocking Service and the food wasn't great either.

Busy, friendly cafe off the main avenues of central Cambridge. Seating is downstairs, upstairs and outside across the road! Order excellent coffee at the till and get a table number stand for your drinks to be served to you. Superb gluten free brownies and cakes, helpfu,l friendly staff. Also does takeaway drinks in standard sizes, none of that Venti, Grande sizing, just a mug full of excellent tasting coffee and if you want more, order two!!

We had a delicious meal at Kibou. The atmosphere is pleasant, different areas at the restaurant. The staff was ver friendly, attentive to my gluten free needs. The menu has plenty of options for food and drinks. Food was well presented, tasty, good value.

This restaurant is not coeliac-friendly. The staff did not provide the assistance and support I expected; instead, they seemed indifferent and gave unhelpful responses. It was the first time in my life that I felt uncomfortable in a restaurant due to my coeliac condition. The dinner was a disappointing experience. At least food for the rest of customers was fine.

Spent a lovely few hours at Coton Orchard Garden Centre had a very nice lunch in the restaurant and for those who have coeliac disease they offer a good selection of G F food including delicious brown crispy fish and chunky chips, quite a treat for my husband. The store has a good selection of tasteful clothes and fancy goods as well as a large selection of plants and gardening equipment as well as meat, fruit and veg we are frequent visitors and highly recommend.
