Great hidden location with lots of seating and amazingly helpful and welcoming staff.
Great gluten free options and the best turmeric latte I've ever had! Don't hesitate to go!
Expect a charming stay in a renovated mill with unique historical vibes and an excellent dining experience, though watch out for sloping floors!

Top-quality dining experience, and serviceable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed over night here and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
The restaurant is definitely something to be praised. Excellent, friendly, attentive wait staff, and properly gorgeous food.
If you’re coeliac/gluten-free, I can recommend the gluten-free pizzas, which feel as though they have actual effort invested in them, rather than being provided as a reluctant afterthought.
Our stay in the hotel was fine. The rooms are situated in a renovated mill building, which provides a gorgeous setting with a lot of historical appeal. At 6’4”, I reliably banged my head on every single doorframe in the building, though that’s perhaps more a reflection on my inability to learn than anything else.
The slope in some of the rooms is a little unsettling. I’m aware that this is often the case with older buildings, and there may have been a reason for this in a mill, but after a bottle of wine in the restaurant, I had an interesting time trying to get around the bathroom and bedroom.
Possibly not the case for all the rooms, but the bed in ours was positioned such that it felt as though it was sloping down at the headboard end, which was actually rather uncomfortable.
The staff who checked us in and out were most friendly and professional, however, so a big thanks to them.
Overall, a great dining experience, and a perfectly fine hotel, sloping floors and borderline concussion aside.
A delightful spot known for its stunning presentation and unique pairings, offering a memorable tasting experience that leaves guests wanting more.

Lovely evening at Wilder. I had the wine pairings, and my mum had the non alcoholic pairings with the taster menu.
The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I am coeliacs and they made sure I was provided with alternatives to their gluten based items that were clearly freshly made onsite (very rare to have a fresh warm bread role as someone who cannot eat gluten).
We particularly enjoyed the Canapés and Bread. I have to give a special mention to the Elderflower Hollandaise which accompanies one of the courses (as the menu is a lovely surprise I won't be posting any spoilers here), one of the best hollandaise sauces I've ever had.
We will definitely be back, im eyeing up the Champaigne Brunch as we speak...🍾
