Such a lovely Mother’s Day dinner. Staff was super friendly and attentive to everyone and especially me as a coeliac, and very knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t have. They even offered to amend certain dishes for me, (though I had loads of gf options!) and the gluten free bread they brought out was amazing. Everyone really enjoyed the food in our group and commented on the warm and beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
Just AMAZING ! The team catered to my specific requirements for gluten free with at least 80% of the menu being gluten free, we very extremely happy and would certainly book again !
Was ok had to send my gluten free pizza back as it wasn't cooked and cold was told if they cook it more the crust would burn still wasn't brilliant second time
The food was lovely as was the atmosphere and service. What impressed us most was the way Megan’s handled the fact that one of our party was coeliac. Once the waitress was aware of this, the manager was called to take our order.
We ordered one of those mezze platters to share. The manager took great care to make sure that the gluten items were separated from the non-gluten items and that they were prepared in such a way that there was no cross contamination. She clearly knew what was needed in this situation and she and the chef did everything to make sure we all had a great time and enjoyed a great selection without our coeliac member being left out. Really good. Thanks.
I came to the restaurant with 3 others yesterday and thought it was fantastic! We all had a delicious meal. Two of us are gluten free and we had plenty of options, really impressed with the menu. Found it hard to choose. Will be coming back!
Amazing food, very tasty and spiced just right, with good portions and gluten free nan breads. Staff are very friendly too. Definitely recommended and will be back
Coffee is quite disappointong / real average, i'm so disappointed because i was looking forward to try it when reading the cafe review. Bought coffee and cake and asked for the wifi password, was told right away 'you can only stay here for 1.5 hours, we're busy'. Hm, ok fair enough. Great point on accommodating gluten free & vegan. Still, i won't come back.
We have eaten here on a number of occasions. Always excellent food and service. Portions are substantial and they cater for a variety of dietary needs which for us is perfect as we have vegan and gluten free family members plus a very fussy eater.
The coffee is brilliant every time! Love these guys. Alas they no longer do brunch at weekends but they have numerous delicious gluten-free options in the bakes section ! Don’t forget to ring the bell on your way out, 😄
I’ve just finished inhaling the most wonderful salmon tandoori and Goan aloo, and thought it’s about time I reviewed the Taste of Raj. It’s fast become my go-to Indian and I can’t fault it. The staff are excellent, the food delicious and it’s even almost entirely gluten free (some people won’t care, but for those who do it will really matter; I’ve never had gluten-related incident from these guys). It’s so good. I’m steadily working my way through the menu, and nothing has been a dud yet! If you’ve not tried it, you’re missing out!
As far as I know they're the only pizza place in the area that do a Sausetana pizza with no fewer than four different types of sausage on it. Add spicy sausage to bring that total to 5 and pat yourself on the back.
Similarly they do a Cheese Supreme with four cheeses on, to which you can add mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, feta, and request a stuffed crust. All the cheese!
Vegan and gluten free options too.
A lovely sister of Café Pera, amazing foods, with warm welcoming and family friendly atmosphere make it even more delicious, they also have many vegetarian and gluten free options
Great place to go for lunch before the quins match. It gets really busy on international games days so make sure you pre-book and get there early! Toilets are decent and clean. Small children's play area is nice for our two to go and play. Great atmosphere and the chef is very good with gluten free. On a previous visit he came out to chat to our gf party member to advise. Really impressed. Great selection of ciders, lagers and ales on the taps as well.
Traditional italian cuisine at its finest. We love the freshness and quality of our meals here. For coeliacs, we can attest that the gluten free pizza here is the best in Twickenham.
Really lovely specialty coffee shop tucked away towards the end of Twickenham High Street. Friendly staff, high quality roasts and great toasties.
They have alternative milk options as well as vegan friendly toasties and occasionally gluten free food too. The chocolate banana loaf is one of my favourites from their pastry selection. I'd recommend their iced mochas here, especially in the hot summer weather!
The café atmosphere is perfect for those wishing to pop in for a quick coffee and sit down, or bring a laptop to work a little! ☕✨
Had a really lovely pizza here. I got a vegan chilli pizza and my dad got a veggie pizza. He loved their choice of toppings and cheeses, I loved the fact they have vegan options also. They do gluten free bases, sides and salads. My mum got an oreo milkshake which was super thick and flavourful. Pizzas were made very quickly and staff are so so friendly. Would definitely return here.
Loved this place, was a bit tricky for me being gluten free and vegetarian but I chose haloumi salad and avocado salad which was nice. If they could serve one of their other dishes without the tabbouleh it would be excellent! Lovely food back roof on the back room.
