I had a wonderful time at the Lounge! As a coeliac it's super hard to find safe places to eat gluten free food out but the lounge was great! They had a huge and specialised gluten free menu, (I got a super tasty gf vegan burger with the crispiest fries I've ever had) and the manager handles allergy orders to make sure that everything is perfect and safe!
Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Gorgeous setting and food, staff were great and they cater for gluten free! The gluten free pancakes were the best I’ve ever had 🥞
We were blown away when they handed us over a folder for our dietary requirements without us even having to ask! We had recently had a bad experience at Zizzi's where even though we had extremely low battery on our phones the staff were insistent over and over that we scan the QR code to see the gluten free menu and said they did not have a hardcopy we could look at.
The atmosphere was great and the place felt very luxurious. We were given a free shot of fresh lemonade as we sat down. They were very helpful and accommodating with my dietary issues.
Pizza was much better than the gluten free pizza at Pizza Express.
I’m just reviewing the carvery at entrance we was greeted by Dan it was very busy we hadn’t book and Dan had managed to get us a table he my husband is gluten free Dan was brilliant that is too costumer service at his finest what a credit to the company he was working non stop but his service was top notch it deserves a review just for Dan outstanding service thank you
I’ve put off reviewing, as I’ve been many times and absolutely love this place but do not want it to become to popular that I can’t get in, but after seeing a negative review, I need to let you know, this is fantastic food, not only is the Thai curry absolutely gorgeous, but they do fantastic gluten free cakes etc, personally I prefer her serving as she is so friendly without being false, every time we go to Truro we pop in for lunch. Keep up the good work x
Seated and served very quickly. Had a lovely gluten free pizza and gluten free dough balls. Food came quickly. Waitress was really friendly. Restaurant is small compared to other towns.
Food is delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone. Not only great service in house with extremely freindly staff but also has an amazing takeaway system. Our food has always been amazing. The price is amazing value and large portions.Accommodates gluten free allergies and others very well.
We had a lovely, and welcoming, shelter from the pouring rain with our dog. Very friendly. A well made cappuccino and gorgeous gluten free pumpkin cake for hubby. Very happy. Thank you.
Such a nice place, really nice fruit boba, tons of flavours and service is always very quick and such attentive staff. Their Lychee boba is the best! All of their food looks so nice and next time I visit I must try a bubble waffle or a bao bun! They also offer a range of vegan/ gluten free products.
I love coming here, I love to have a look around the shop first and then go upstairs for a coffee and cake. The menu is wholesome with non dairy and gluten free milks and cakes. My favourite thing to do on a Saturday in Truro.
