My daughter and I have Celiacs disease, prior to arriving my husband called and asked all the questions regarding the sandwich. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we came in Ari helped us out and made our sandwich. She cleaned everything and cut fresh lettuce. She got all the toppings from the back and even had a special cutting board for us Celiacs!! She took all the precautionary measures to ensure we didn't get contamination of Gluten. At the end the sandwich was delicious and her service was amazing!! I highly recommend Jersey Mike's to all Celiacs. I'm beyond happy we have more options for us!! Thank you Ari for being so amazing!!

We live 1394 miles away and came here to visit my sister but haven't been this happy in a LONG TIME- we used to love the one in Vancouver WA! Miss this nostalgic feeling- I hope they never close- I hope they reopen them all! Also, I'm celiac and they have everything posted with food allergen signs and they had so many gluten free options! Everything I have pictured is all GF!

Separate gluten free menu. Servers and staff know what ciliac is which is a huge plus. They are always put of gluten free beer. Been 5-6 times over a year and they've never had it yet. Servers were great bring patient with kid orders and dinner grumpy. :)

Quick and easy service, and a variety of tastely flavors. Being in the mall means you're limited in choice (I.E. they have gluten-free, but they do not have soy free) but at $.69 an ounce, it's pretty generous.

A traditional American classic where you can not beat the quality of steak for the price and the service is quick if you know what you want. Food is not always consistent but usually well prepared. Also, no one can top their bottomless hot rolls. They have an adequate menu for gluten-free entrees and keto friendly sides. The wait can be long, so use their website to expedite the process. Active atmosphere with loud country music and lots of "yee-haw" shouting for birthdays. It is great for families and groups or one person wanting to sit at the bar. Due to noise, I would not recommend for date nights or to those who want to have conversations.
