I love this place. It’s fun with kids, the food and service were amazing. And the shakes are heavenly.
Only downside is that there are no gluten free options outside a fruit bowl for my daughter with Celiac. But we are very used to her bringing her own food, and they didn’t bat an eye at it.
Perched on a mountainside, the romantic, natural atmosphere of the upstairs patio carved into rock with moss and trees offers a magical dining experience. The dog-friendly deck and charming garden lights enhance the welcoming ambiance, perfect for those seeking a gluten-free friendly setting with attentive service.

The first problem was that the food we received didn't meet our expectations based on the menu description. My friend and i both ordered chicken enchiladas in tomatillo sauce with sour cream. The whole plate was smothered in sour cream, no sign or taste of the tomatillo. It was very bland. My friend told the waiter she couldn't handle so much sour cream and asked if she could get a different sauce put on it. He plopped a bottle of tabasco down on the table. So she pulled the chicken out of the enchilada. It came out as a whole piece and was breaded! The menu said nothing about that or i would never have ordered it!
I thought it was weird that a whole piece of chicken was inside the tortilla but hadn't noticed the breading. I can't eat breading! I asked the waiter. He didn't know and made no move to find out. I asked again if he could go in the kitchen and find out. He went reluctantly and came back to say "yeah, it is only slightly breaded". I repeated that i cant have breading, even a small amount. But by now 2/3 of my plate was gone...he simply said "sorry about that."
We told the manager as well that the waiter wasnt helpful and that the menu needs to be clearer. People with celiacs need to know. She apologized but offered nothing, not even to comp the queso.
This family-run creamery offers a friendly, allergy-conscious atmosphere with careful attention to gluten-free and dairy-free options. Located discreetly beneath a hotel, it provides a safe, welcoming setting for those with celiac disease or dietary restrictions, ensuring confidence and comfort.

This place is a delight and a half AND celiac-safe. Worth coming back to Hot Springs entirely to get this ice cream.

5 stars ++ Ambiance was perfect for a date night. Danielle our server was exceptional. She made sure food restrictions were accommodated and she even had the kitchen bake a fresh loaf of gluten free bread. Which was so delicious. Beautifully decorated and the bartender is extremely talented at making off menu cocktails. Our Jr waiter and waitress were also very observant and attentive. We NEVER had our drinks below 1/2 a glass. The food was full of flavor and the portions were large. Photos below with descriptions of our meals. Come hungry sit back and enjoy a delicious meal along with fantastic staff.
