This spot is a bit of a hidden gem, tucked away in an apartment complex, but it’s definitely worth seeking out. It has a cozy, intimate vibe, almost like a little community restaurant. Despite its smaller size, there’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to grab a quick sandwich, relax, and catch up with friends or just get something to go.
They offer daily specials, with a separate menu for those, which I think is a nice touch. I was impressed by their gluten-free bread option, which held up well and didn’t get dry or fall apart—always a concern with gluten-free options. The bread still had great flavor, and the sandwich was packed with all the right ingredients: plenty of meat, fresh lettuce, tomato, and just the right amount of mayo and mustard, so the bread stayed intact and didn’t get soggy.
The customer service was outstanding as well. I was warmly greeted when I walked in, and the staff gave me great recommendations for what to try. As for gluten-free options, I’m not sure if the facility is entirely Celiac-safe due to potential cross-contamination, but it’s definitely a good choice for those following a gluten-free diet. They also offer some solid vegetarian options, which is a nice bonus.
While the sandwiches are on the pricier side, the portion sizes are generous, and the quality is there. My sandwich was big, and it came with a side of chips. Everything was delicious and flavorful, and I can see myself coming back to try other sandwiches from their menu. The smoothies were also fantastic, adding another reason to return. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back to explore more of what they have to offer.

We eat here often and are never disappointed. Finding a gluten free meal is easy enough and I am confident of the kitchens ability to prevent cross contamination. I typically eat the salads with a grilled fish added.

I reached out to Taylor Made Cuisine for meal delivery service for my brother who has many food allergies/intolerances. I scoured the orange country area for a company that could accommodate all his dietary needs. I must have called 20+ meal services. Taylor Made Cuisine was the only company I called who was not only willing to work around our restrictions, but seemed confident in doing so. I can honestly say we had incredible service. Carly is fantastic!!! Ultimately we decided to unsubscribe for now for two reasons. The protein portions were not as large as my brother needed. He has to consume an extremely high amount of calories from protein due to a disorder he has had since birth, just to maintain his current weight. Obviously Carly gave us the option to increase the protein portions, but the cost became too high at that point for us to make it worth it. He was still having to supplement on top of the meal plan. The second reason is because my sister has decided to be a stay at home mom and is willing to cook for my brother and accommodate his needs for now. My brother said the food was tasty, especially the meat variations which was his favorite part! We would highly consider using TMC in the future for convenience and the fact that TMC was so accommodating for those with allergies, intolerances, and food restrictions (paleo, vegetarian, gluten free etc.). Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. We also appreciate that the TMC team was very eager to feedback (both while we were active customers and after we discontinued service) Please thank your team on our behalf!

Fork and Flare should be a go to for anyone having a party, girls night, game night or date night in. Kelsey and her team do an impressive job of selecting high quality fresh products and presenting them beautifully. Having a nut allergy, I was thrilled when they suggested adding charcuterie cups in addition to my board to accommodate guests who are gluten free/nut free. Hiring Fork and Flare was a delicious experience! Can’t wait to use them again!
