We drove from the Springs today to do some shopping and decided to have some lunch here. This place was awesome! First of all it was totally packed inside and outside. That was a great sign that good things were coming our way! If you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity then you can feel assured they will properly handle your food during prep. My daughter ordered a burger on a gluten free bun with chips. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Everything was perfect and we loved both the small town feel and service. Will be back again! Loved every bite.

Belay’s is awesome. We were in town for the weekend and we stopped in several times. I love that they make their own syrups, chai from scratch and they have some gluten free vegan pastry options that were yummy. Thanks for taking care of us!

We have eaten here multiple times while camping in the area. They have a large menu with a variety of food. We have not experienced a bad meal here and have tried something new each time. I am gluten free and had no trouble eating here. Great service and atmosphere. Lots of seating and even an area for kids to play. Highly recommend!

Talk about an experience!! I asked about a GF menu and was told "everything but the bread is gf". The owner came over and talked with us and said he has family members that are Celiac so he created a safe place! The cooks took extreme precautions with separate work stations and washed hands and made my meal first. Definitely coming back!

Really cute coffee shop in town with mostly locals hanging out. Large selection of donuts! Quiche and breakfast burritos in the morning too. Some gluten free muffins as well. No high chairs for kids. One small booster seat that doesn’t strap around the seats they have. But kind servers !

Food was good, employees were questionable. We were the only people there and every table was dirty. Gluten Free: most ingredients are naturally GF and you can make any sandwich an unwich (lettuce wrap) but things are cross contaminated. Nothing is wiped down between.
