Actually, it's the first place I have found that basically has a gluten-free French Dip but under a different name. It was very tasty. The service was great, and the young woman was very helpful at helping with questions about the meals offered. I would definitely go back!

This place had to be our first food stop on this vacation. I haven’t eaten here in 8 years but it was still delicious and as someone who cannot eat gluten, I was in my happy place eating ribs and brisket. We arrived too late in the day to score burnt ends :(

Holidaily Gluten Free beer on tap! I asked about it and the exact tap is and will only be used for Holidaily GF beers. I tried it and didn't get glutened, so this is a win in my books. They use a glass spray thing though that's shared so maybe just ask if they can rinse the glass by hand instead.
Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere. The bar in the buffalo room was beautiful and the stools were very comfortable just as the hostess recommended.
The two bartenders were very nice and also very efficient. The “green grass and good times” was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had, definitely the best I’ve had while in Colorado. My husband also enjoyed his Old Fashioned.
The bison burger was delicious. I was stoked to see there was a gluten free option for the bun. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich he thought it was yummy also.
Westbound and Down was a perfect end to a perfect day in the Idaho Springs area.
