I ordered a cake for my friends birthday and twins cities gluten free bake shop did such an amazing job. No only was the cake gorgeous and everyone who looked at it was impressed but it tasted amazing!!! I’ll definitely be returning!!
I was very excited that they had gluten-free buns and got their Chuck Norris burger, with caramelized onions substituted for the fried onions, and it was delicious! They also had some exciting cocktails like their pineapple upside cake, which was very tasty. I experimented and asked for a side of chipotle cream sauce for the sweet potato fries and it was a success! I'll definitely be going back 🙂
Just about what you'd expect from a chain coffee house, which is good. Clean shop, very friendly service. The caramel latte was sweeter than I prefer, and I've had better gluten-free coffee cake, the the overall experience was pretty good.
(I didn't have one on this visit, but they sell a pretty good gluten-free breakfast sandwich!)
Soooooo good never have had a bad drink here. I’m not a fan of coffee that much but I like it when it’s light tasting. They make every drink perfectly! It’s the perfect amount of like flavors and coffee!
ASLO! They have gluten free options!!!!! For food and it’s so good. Also vegetation! Which is amazing because it’s kinda like GF “fast food” but real food and better!

The coffee is great and their selection of gluten free pastries is pretty awesome. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is pretty convenient if you bring your pup along.
Opened today at 2 pm MST, the line was still out the door even after sitting and taking our time over the pints we eventually made it to the bar to get. They were worth the wait. I'm a home brewer of several years, but have little experience with alternative grains outside of rye. There was definitely a different undertone to the Colorado Campfire that I had, I'm guessing it was a sorghum brew, but it was delicious. They aren't publicly advertising as brewing gluten free, but with sorghum and corn based brews, it's obvious that's where they are heading. So if you're out near Wellington, drop in for a flight or a pint, you won't regret it.
