They have a huge menu, lots of food options, even gluten free options. Veronica, the server was super nice and went the extra mile to find the restaurant’s manual so that I could find a gluten-free dish. Overall it was very good!

Our experience was spectacular! As two vegetarians from Denver (one of whom has a gluten allergy) we have a hard time usually finding high quality food at a reasonable cost while traveling, but not this time. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients, there were plenty of unique food options, and the establishment was clean and nicely decorated. Our server, Juan, was attentive, personable, and made our meal a fun experience instead of just a meal. I would absolutely recommend Bistro Cafe to even my family and my closest friends.
