I am very sad to hear that the clam chowder is no longer gluten free….I don’t understand this change as the gluten free option was delicious. Please seriously consider changing it back.

The restaurant has an extensive gluten free menu which works well for me and the staff are amazing. The food has been hit or miss. The steak was over cooked one time and when I last ordered the chicken with broccoli it was in need of a revamp, very bland. The restaurant is beautiful and the prices reasonable. Hoping the food quality improves.

This tiny gem is a great find, next to the Melrose commuter rail. The seasonal lattes are outstanding and they have a wide range of baked goods, including gluten free and vegan. It is very small inside so be prepared to enjoy your treats elsewhere, but it's worth it.
New favorite spot with an extensive menu, super fast delivery, and everything from crispy wings to delicious cheesesteak that hits the spot!

We are new to the area but have now ordered 5x from Lisa’s. Great gluten free and regular pizzas, amazingly crispy chicken wings, tasty Philly cheesesteak, and sweet potato fries that were still crisp on delivery. Very fast delivery with direct orders too! With the huge selection in their menu, it seems we’ve found ourselves a great new go-to place!
Experience a refreshing Americana vibe with history, live music, and a vibrant atmosphere that makes for perfect date nights in Melrose.

We loved going to Rising Eagle. Rising Eagle has its own unique atmosphere and setting - it is very Americana, which is so refreshing to see. So lovely to see an embrace of American history in the beautiful city of Melrose, and to be surrounded by a sense of patriotism and pride in this country. We loved the Monday night music and the trivia, and it made for such a nice date night. The woman who served us was extremely friendly and sweet, as was the bartender who brought over our drinks. Thank you for proving gluten free beer!!!! 🙏 The fish special was delicious and my husband loved the braised beef grilled cheese. Very nice to see the windows opened up on a beautiful evening. 10/10 but I would expect nothing less from the Turner’s/Rising Eagle owners/staff. Thank you and we love your restaurants, please never change. ❤️
Cozy vibe with fair prices and generous portions; it’s bustling and perfect for a reservation, plus tempting desserts await!

I've only tried one dish so far, so I'll leave it to evaluate more precisely on another occasion. The atmosphere is very beautiful, cozy, the prices are fair and the dishes are quite generous in size. I always walk past the door and see that the restaurant is always full, so I recommend making a reservation. The desserts are really tempting, although I didn't try them, I was very curious to try them on my next visit. The service is great, fast and efficient, everyone is very friendly. They have 1 gluten free pasta option, which is relevant to me.
Delicious treats and easy parking make this spot a go-to for tasty options that keep you coming back for more.

We had a cupcake and cookie. They were both delicious. What really makes us go back though, are their gluten free options.
Parking is always available in front and the people who sell you the wares are super friendly.
Great prices and great food. Went with my dad who has a gluten allergy and they made sure everything was gluten free! We will be going back as soon as tomorrow!
Came here twice and ordered some gluten free and vegan tapas. There was a limited selection considering my allergies, but we made it work! The food was really salty both times and nothing I couldn’t make at home. Haven’t been back since.
I’d probably come here again if I needed a place to eat out with family or friends because it’s the only place in Melrose like it! Just wish the food was a little more refined for those of us ordering just tapas without an entree!
There’s also a place to eat outside which is nice.
One of the best pizzas I've ever had! They do a phenomenal job with the gluten free pizza and their sauce is unbelievable. The people who work here are also extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
