Shirley was amazing!! My man has celiac disease and she made sure he was safe!!! Made sure he had a cleaned cutter and fresh gloves to ensure there was no cross contamination. People that don’t have celiac don’t understand the importance, Shirley made us feel heard and we got delicious gluten free dough for my man. Thank you Shirley!! We will be back!!!
