Grateful to have a sit down restaurant in Lansing! Fast service, friendly staff, and a decent variety of plant based food! Gluten free options available as well. I’d recommend this restaurant for everyone!

I’m visiting from Texas and I have a gluten allergy. Not only were the employees extremely polite, they were super careful not to get me sick. They used a separate cutter for the pizza and everything. Thank you!
Samara was an awesome server. She was so friendly and made our experience one of a kind. Food was just how we wanted it and love the gluten free options. Thanks Samara and Elezteco is still our favorite!!
When in Lansing, Michigan stop here for lunch. Neat little place. Menu built around healthy lifestyle options, catering to everyone from vegans and carnies to gluten conspiracy theorists. Tried their flight of soup. You get your choice of three soups in 5 oz cups for as little as $8. Great deal for a great meal.
Soo soooo yummy! Nicest workers too! Can't wait to come back again and again. It's great if you're gluten free too (not a gf kitchen but a lot of naturally gluten free ingredients).
Super happy with everything, they were able to work with my gluten free needs and the food was tasty! The lentil soup even had a slight kick to it, with a nice lemony spice flavor. The grape leaves were a little small, but they did give 6 in a combo. Hummus is tasty too! The cook, whom looked like the owner, was extra friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely happy to do what he does. The food reflects this! Thank you!
If you are vegetarian and gluten conscious you HAVE to go here and order the Redhead's Black Bean Burger (I ordered without a bun). Hands down the best black bean burger I've ever had!
I have a gluten allergy and I used to love the gluten-free pizza here, but they raised the price significantly since covid and I can no longer afford it. Very sad.
Known for its tasty Italian sandwich that keeps you full, this spot has a loyal following and an app for rewards, plus a welcoming vibe.

I’ve never seen them out of gluten-free buns and I’ve seen them change gloves for me (even if they can’t promise a pure gluten-free experience). My go to is the Italian and it fills me for the entire day. Never had a disappointing sandwich from here. Workers are giving it their all and very welcoming when I was in. Some days recently they have been app only orders, but it’s still a nice way to get rewards.
