If you need to eat Gluten Free (or friendly) their cheeseburger lettuce bowl is AMAZING! zero issues and I have had it four million times. Don't skip the sauce. It's incredible. Get extra.
A hidden gem in Missouri with great food and a unique logo that some might find a bit eerie—definitely worth a visit!

Found this spot on a trip through Missouri and stopped there on a Sunday as it was open and we’ve been raving about it ever since. It’s really good food and the staff were excellent. They even have gluten free cauliflower crust. We had plenty to bring home and it’s just as good reheated.
Only complaint was that my kids thought the logo was kinda creepy.
A local favorite, this spot offers an inviting atmosphere, amazing food, and even a game room for added fun!

***edit, changing the review because the restaurant really did handle it the best they possibly could. It is a single employees error. In the previous six times there has been zero issues. The response you can see below I think is the best you could ever expect from a business when faced with this dilemma***
Had gone there multiple times previously and was able to eat alpha gal friendly pizza. Which the restaurant had been gaining notoriety on local AGS forums for being AGS friendly. But we went out for my dad's birthday here only because it was the only sit down family restaurant we felt safe at. Both me and my wife have AGS, and were explicit on our order. No dairy, no mammal on a gluten free crust.
Got real cheese and Parmesan on our pizza instead. My wife didn't notice until she had eaten a few pieces. I noticed after coming back from the arcade area with the kids, after I took a bite. My wife ended up falling ill and needed medical care. My parents dealt with the restaurant and kept the kids there. The server lied, stated all pizzas have Parmesan even those with dairy free cheese and then when pressed said we didn't order dairy free, we did. We are both highly reactive. Everyone heard us. With life-threatening reactions it's not something either of us would both forget. Let alone our two hyper vigilant daughters or my parents.
Management came out and addressed the situation with my parents to their semi-satisfaction but after a few weeks of reflection I feel this review is fair after the week long recovery my wife had to endure as the stress of the allergic reaction set off her epilepsy.
We understand it was a single server's fault but it has really turned us off to eating out completely. We just don't feel safe anymore and that sucks to have that taken away.
With cupcake pancakes that are a must-try, this spot offers a delicious breakfast experience worth revisiting.

Me and my cousin went here and got breakfast! Our waitress was amazing, I have no idea how to spell her name but she is super nice and kind. She deserves a raise 100%. Also the food here is amazing. I had the cupcake pancakes and they were so good! They bacon was also good as well. My cousin had the gluten free pancakes and she loved them as well. 10/10 would eat here again.
Food was awesome as always. Service was superb 👌 👏 👍. Did take any pictures 📸 but was glade to see that they added gluten sensitivity or gs beside some of there items.
A popular spot with diverse choices that can get busy at lunch, but the food's so good you won't mind the wait!

Yum. Quick off and on. Great food. Also. You can definitely have gluten free here choosing corn tacos. Clearly marked. Very smart having three restaurants in one spot
Known for its Friday night seafood fest, this spot offers unique menu choices and is popular for its catfish, though burger preferences may not be met.

Good food. The best catfish in the area. The Friday night seafood fest is super yummy. Not much is available on the buffet for gluten-free free, but plenty to order off the menu. Don't order the burger, they won't cook to your preference.
Known for its fantastic hibachi and delicious sushi, this spot stands out with stellar service and a vibrant atmosphere.

Sushi is quite good, hibachi is fantastic, and the service is stellar. And to top it off, they can and will do gluten free. Great place to eat in Rolla!
Consistently excellent! The best option for gluten-free dining in Rolla. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The sushi is top-notch. Our new go-to for date night.
Enjoy a comforting atmosphere with attentive service, though the food and wine selection could be more impressive, making it a pleasant but unremarkable spot.

The serving staff is very polite and accommodating. Ask questions, they may not know off the cuff, but they'll tell you and search for the answer. One gentleman continues to check-in to ensure a good experience. My experience was good, so I didn't check his services.
The atmosphere is gentle and comforting. The entrees are exactly as described, and very Italian. They offer gluten free options, but may charge additional cost. My entree is delicious and pleasant.
My entree had a proper amount of cheese topping and not overpowering. The cream and pepper based sauce was tangy leaning towards bright. I suggest wine with your entree to rinse the richness between bites.
The wine list is short, and given an Italian style restaurant I would expect more Italian wines. However, the area defiantly influences the wine selection. Locals are not likely to select a nice Italian to go with their dish. I wouldn't hold it against them for selling what sells.
The rolls are dry and I am reminded of the twelve pack of Hawaiian rolls at the store, that have baked for an extended period.
The salad is good, but the amount of bagged shredded cheese topping it is overpowering. One could eat solely vegetables and still have a plate full of cheese. Some may prefer that, but it is off balance and I recommend a strong martini to wash the cheese away.
Now to my favorite part of any meal, dessert! The crème brûlée is delicious. Cool custard with that sweet, sweet crunchy caramel topping. Slightly burned on one end, with a strawberry to cover it. The caramel was delicious, if not consistent. I would recommend a dessert wine, but the option I'm taking is drambuie. The only dessert wine is the vermouth used in a Manhattan. I appreciate a good vermouth, but this one is probably not kept in a cooler.
The serving staff are phenomenal, the atmosphere is nice, but the food and drinks just misses that tickle.
However, I will eat here again because I enjoyed my experience.
