This place is incredible to say the least. The food was FABULOUS. I got the steak fajitas and usually need to add salsa or sauce to it and the meat and veggies had so much flavor I didn’t need any sauce at all it was so delicious. As stated in other reviews the service was the best I’ve ever had. The owner, Larissa, even came up after our meal and thanked us and gave us some background on the restaurant. I’m dairy and gluten free and the server was so accommodating to my restrictions. The patio was also amazing. Will be there again!

We recently had our wedding reception dinner here. Tim and his staff were attentive, considerate, and accommodating to our gluten-free guests. Our group sat in the arcade, which received a lot of compliments from our guests. When we arrived, pre-ordered food was ready. Tim communicated the entire way. The food was excellent! We will definitely be coming back soon for dinner.

I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at @yemanjabrasil recently 🤤! This hidden gem in Benton Park offers a wide range of options for every palate, catering to gluten-free, vegetarian, pescatarian, and even vegan preferences. It's the perfect spot for a romantic date night or a fun evening out with friends. For appetizers, we savored the mouthwatering empanadas, crispy Yucca fries, and the delightful Coxinha de porco defumado. The flavors were exquisite! The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the main course, Bobo De Camarão. It was a perfect blend of flavors and left us craving for more. Dessert was a divine affair as well. We indulged in the delectable coconut flan 🍮 and a scrumptious chocolate dessert topped with whipped cream. The desserts were so good that I'm still thinking about them 😅! I love this sweet little café! Their new space is beautiful— it's bright and airy inside and they have a courtyard space too. Plenty of parking in their parking lot. Colleen makes the most beautiful dishes that taste as good as they look. She puts so much love and creativity in every dish and you can tell by the menu and ingredients that they are sourcing from local farms. The portion sizes are large and there are a variety of things on the menu to cater to almost any diet— lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options, and one of the few places in town where you can eat out and feel like you're eating healthy. Our server was kind and helpful and enjoyable to talk to. Love this spot!

The food here is memorable! I love the ultimate egg Benedict gluten-free bread. The coffee was good, the vibes were warm. I gave service a 4 because a glass of water was forgotten and we had to change someone down for coffee. But they were kind about it and responded quickly. Maybe just need to check in with customers a tab bit more.

I cannot say enough good things about Shameless Grounds! Exceptionally friendly wait staff, inclusive environment, delicious cafe food (with ample vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options!), quirky decor and quality coffee, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages, it is truly a must for those visiting and living in the St. Louis area. They have also gone above and beyond to ensure that their customers and staff have the safest and most comfortable experience during pandemic times. I cannot recommend them more enthusiastically!

Only cafe with comfy chairs that I know of in the area except for the Gelateria Coffee Company (take notes, other Cafes!). Coffee is from Blueprint which is great. Don't expect a fully staffed kitchen, but they have sandwiches, gluten free wraps and pastries at a reasonable price. Definitely check out the events when they are open in the evening starting at 6, which happen multiple times per week. The owner and workers are very nice. The bookshop was consignment only. It would be nice if they could hook up with bookshop.org or some other supplier... I'd order through them if they did. Most times I decide to read a book I have a specific title or author in mind, which they couldn't help me with. And best of all, OPEN ON MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS! A rarity nowadays.
