Great food, super friendly staff, large portions! Love that it is gluten free. I got the Masala deluxe with the cilantro chutney which was a great combination. We also got the breakfast one. We will be back!

Oh my god this place is fantastic! Excellent food, excellent service, and more spacious than it’s sister space in Sag Harbor. I had a burrata that was to die for. Gnocchi was so-so, but honestly I’ve never met a gluten-free gnocchi I liked so I’m willing to overlook it.

Great service. Exceptional...we had the lovely young man with the great radio voice. Food was good. Although I was still hungry afterwards. :) We had the matcha creme brûlée which was the only gluten free option. We enjoy it, didn’t leave any food uneaten. The mixed greens salad was super basic, only greens a few cherry tomatoes and dressing.

My spouse and I LOVE this place. We were on vacation and ate here twice within a week. Raul is the best! He remembered my spouse’s name and what we had to eat and drink 3 days earlier. He’s a super nice guy. The food is excellent! The mushroom risotto, chicken rice bowl, nachos, gluten free brownie sundae, and churros were all incredible, best we’ve ever had! I saw previous reviews that mentioned the service was slow. My spouse and I didn’t find that to be the case. But please keep in mind this is not a fast-food restaurant with frozen food that is quickly heated up. Springs Tavern & Grill has fresh food and some dishes take longer to prepare. Trust me, no matter what you order it’s worth waiting for, the food is delicious! Come early, sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere, people, and music. Raul and the entire staff are super polite and respectful. You can tell that their customers’ comfort and enjoyment are their number one priority. Anytime we are in the area we will make sure to come here. We highly recommend you do the same.

Should you find yourself serendipitously in the East Hampton during breakfast or lunch hour, consider it destiny and stop by at the Cookery. You can thank me later. A charming converted bungalow filled with culinary delights, it can convert the toughest muffin critics into raving fans. It has been weeks, and I still think about the triple ginger muffin with rosemary. To be clear, I hate muffins. They are dry, dense, bland versions of cupcakes. There I said it. Enter the Cookery, now I am converted and wondering when I can be back to reunite with the only muffin I've ever loved. The moist spongy texture amidst a delicate balance of sweetness, pops of candied ginger, and the unexpected pairing of rosemary was sublime. It is an unassuming muffin that packs a flavor punch. If you are planning on only getting one thing, you are mistaken. Because this is a place where you must try a selection. If the whole kitchen sink is your vibe, try the "Gino" cookie. Gluten-free and vegan options exist, and they are equally delectable. Cakes are gorgeous and can be pre-ordered for your special occasions. To satisfy savory cravings, try the quiche or one of the delicious soups of the day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there is easy parking on the premises, and outdoor seating is available for those glorious summer days. A gem of exquisite flavors that feels like home, I'll definitely be back.
