The atmosphere and design of the restaurant is really nice. We made a reservation and didn’t realize it was for the bar. The bar is still a lovely place to eat however the bartenders were not particularly aware of the menu. This was OK but concerning when it came to allergen information.
Additionally, the menu lists allergen information but we determined it was pretty inconsistent. For example, things labeled as gluten free (GF) that were fried implied that they were fried in a GF fryer but then other items that also seemed GF were not labeled as GF *because* they were fried and therefor cross contaminated.
I would not recommend eating here with allergies unless you want to have to be very vigilant about what you’re ordering, which can be annoying if you’re just trying to enjoy your evening without having an allergic reaction. The menu options for GF are limited.
The skirt steak, though, was very delicious!!

Such a great, open atmosphere to grab a coffee or have one of their incredible sandwiches. The turkey pear was excellent. Gluten free options were a plus. Peaceful inside area with easy access to a courtyard for outdoor games. Also, large quiet work spaces in the neighboring building. Will definitely be returning!
