Best fast food experience in years. As an individual who is gluten free going to a place where they are very competent in what is gluten free is a treat! Thank you for the explanational service.
Amazing. I order gluten free noodles due to an allergy and they cook gluten free in separate stuff than the regular pans for the regular noodles. They ask if it is an allergy or preference so they know if they need to be extra cautious. Food came out hot and fast. The employees could have been a little nicer though.
A spot with a chill vibe, where the cooks are always happy to accommodate and the service is prompt, even on busy Saturday nights.

GLUTEN FRIENDLY!!!
Customer service was fantastic! I wish I remembered our waitresses name. We stopped by around 0930 on a Saturday and got a table right away. My only gripe is that the Spicy Breakfast Burrito wasn’t even a dash spicy, but it was still tasty.
Our waitress was awesome. The food was great. They can accommodate gluten-free allergies. The one down side, it was my birthday, and you get a free dessert. However, they had no gluten-free dessert.

Burgers, Tuesday specials, and complimentary popcorn set the vibe here, but the salty dishes might not be for everyone.

We had a good experience the first time, the second time not so good. I was impressed with the gluten free cheeseburger. Very good. Kiddo really liked the alfredo. This time, I had a huge salad was good. Kiddos pasta was over cooked and hard. The server ghosted us. I paid at the bar and left. Was just disappointed after a good experience the first time. I miss sickies bar...
A cozy spot perfect for a late-night hangout, featuring a diverse menu and an exciting kick in the sauces!

Fun little place to stop in and grab a quick bite or perfect after a late night out. Large variety from sandwiches to tacos, with gluten-free options to choose from too. Gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu, which includes the hardshell tacos that were good. The red sauce has a great kick to it, so if you like a bit of spice, I would recommend getting it. Great place, with even better prices!

Mo's Cafe was quite good. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. Our waitress was amazing. Attentive service, great recommendations. I have celiac, and they offer gluten-free options. They took care to avoid cross contamination.

Overly addicted to this GEM since I found them in Rochester and Fargo! Ecstatic that they are here in GF! Great staff and a healthy option for a cold snack or dessert. Gluten and dairy free! Sunrise bowl is my top favorite, but all options are delicious! 100% recommend, I'll be in often! Congrats on the Grand opening!
Known for its standout menu that rivals big-city spots, this place has become a local favorite worth revisiting.

We moved to the Grand Forks area 3 years ago from Pittsburgh, PA, and before that we lived in Minneapolis. Helix is as good as any restaurant we went to in either of those cities. My wife is glute-free and has a number of go-to items on the menu, which is clearly labeled for gluten-free options. We have gone multiple times and will be back!
Experience top-notch sushi in a stunning, quiet lobby with quick service and beautifully presented dishes; it's a splurge worth making!

Just finished a delicious meal here, and it was a 5/5. We’ve had high end sushi in Los Angeles and this is definitely up there in quality and service. The lobby is very pretty and impeccably clean. It’s also pretty laid back and quiet. Compared to our recent poor Fargo sushi experience, this one knocked it out of the park. Our whole meal only took an hour and our food was ready within 20 mins, cocktails, appetizers, boba teas and all. The taro tea tastes authentic and wasn’t overly sweet which I appreciate, because so many other “taro” flavors I’ve had are really artificially floral and kinda gross.
Johnny was a super awesome server and very polite and fast. He also made us laugh taking our IDs and had a great sense of humor. The bartender also made delicious drinks - we had the tokyo tea and pomegranate flirtini - both stellar.
The food was beautifully presented and super tasty. The shaggy dog roll is both ours and our kids’ favorites, but all were amazing. Our whole meal with 7-8 rolls, a side of vegetables and teriyaki chicken entree + 3 cocktails and 2 boba teas were 170$, and staff definitely earned their 25% tip.
We don’t go out often because we intend to splurge on the art and skill it takes to make a meal like this extraordinary, but we’ll definitely be back and budgeting for another great experience. I’ve also sampled their to-go service for a few rolls, and that came out right on time and was just as good in quality. If you’re celiac/gluten free, you can’t be guaranteed to have no cross contamination when dining out, but staff here really tries and will label/separate your soy sauces and do their best to accommodate an allergy restriction.
Thank you so much to counter/serving staff, sushi chefs and hibachi chefs that prepared our meal!

Great variety of foods. Glad I can get gluten free and allergy friendly options here. And the deli is always convenient, more nutritious than fast food, and cost effective way to get lunch for my kids when we are running errands in town. It's also nice to be able to pick up something small for appreciation gifts and birthdays at the same time we get our groceries.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant. Always hot and delicious, and so much food for the money. I can be totally confident that gluten free means it's gluten free. A gem of Grand Forks.
Power plate meals is one of the few places that you can go to get freshly prepared meals that aren't chock- full of sodium.
The rotating menu also offers a constant variety to the different meals, and all of it is very well done. I particularly enjoy their brisket selections, especially the meals that have sweet potatoes in them. I also really enjoy the blackened chicken mac and cheese, and also the Mongolian Stir Fry. Their meals are relatively inexpensive, especially for the portions that you get.
Also, for those that are looking to formulate a weight loss plan, the calorie counts and protein amounts are very accurate and listed front-and-center on the label. Their storefronts are always clean, and the staff is very welcoming.
Overall, I would recommend power plate meals to anybody. They've become one of my favorite places to get meals, and I love the fact that you can also order online and have it delivered to you. Their customer service is just excellent, and in today's day and age that seems to be a much rarer thing to find then it should be.
If you're wondering about whether or not you should give them a try, I recommend that you do. There's enough of a variety in the meals that you can find things that will suit your particular tastes and cravings, and also if you have gluten allergies or food restrictions, their menus are very accommodating. This is a company that definitely should be a lot bigger than it is, because I believe more people should have the opportunity to experience their foods.
Experience a chic atmosphere perfect for celebrations or intimate dinners, and enjoy a delightful range of options for everyone.

Skies 322, is the best spot for a fancy night out, a fun celebration, or a nice intimate dinner in Grand Forks. Bobbie, Emma, Kayla, and all the staff of Skies, stay true to the wonderful up-scale feel of the old Sky's while elevating the whole experience. Don't miss out and grab a drink, dinner, or brunch here!! Also, lots of good vegetarian and gluten free options to satisfy any need.
Three fantastic pies with fresh toppings and a perfect crust make this spot a must-try for pizza lovers!

Gluten Free (Celiac) Review - 10/10!
Normal Review - 10/10!
We ordered three pies on Super Bowl night and all three were fantastic! Might be my new favorite take out pizza in town. Fresh toppings! Not too salty! Great crust!
It was good. I got over hard eggs that were more of between easy and medium, the bacon was amazing, and the hashbrown could have had a little more flavor. I'm gluten free but was able to eat here.
I go to this Walmart location for the selection of gluten free and low carb food choices. These selections are superior to the other location in Grand Forks
Delicious food. Helpful staff. Will definitely visit every time I come to town! It's one of my favorite places to eat.
If you are celiac's or gluten free, the hard shell tacos are the best.
I cannot give this establishment enough praise!!
Workers are always friendly even when it's busy. Great food. Most build your own naked burrito bowls can be made gluten free. Chips & queso are gluten friendly. Large portions.
