We are regular customers at this location and we usually order for delivery. The last two times we ordered and received subs they were not wrapped securely and both were a huge mess. We had to reassemble our sandwiches when we opened the paper surrounding them. They looked like they were just thrown together and thrown in the bag. This time we chose to go in and order to see if it made a difference. It did as far as assembly goes. I was upcharged for gf bread on both even though neither of us can eat anything with gluten. I was told that it wasn't an allergy but a preference because my "allergy" wasn't the same as the usual allergy most know about. However, it is. I don't appreciate being harassed for my health limitations that my spouse and I both have. I also requested bacon on mine when I ordered. I had to tell the person making them to again add bacon. I was also forced to check out before the sandwiches were even made and the cashier didn't ring in the bacon. I had to do another transaction to pay for the bacon. Good thing I had cash. The customer should never have to have two or more transactions of money exchange when the mistake wasn't on the customer. I paid cash for the bacon addition. Don't blame the customer for lack of communication among staff. At this point I'm willing to drive further for the customer service and care that one should expect to have normally. Rude Rude Rude.
A fabulous gem with a focus on unique baked goods that leaves some wishing for more variety beyond just gluten-free options.

You have to like eating gluten-free to eat here, and the baked goods are all gluten-free. Would be nice if they'd add some non gluten-free baked goods and breads. I would eat here more often if they did
Gluten free Hillbilly pizza with BBQ sauce instead of ketchup is my new Favorite!

First time going to Chipotle in 20 years, recently diagnosed with Celiac disease (cant have gluten) so eating out basicly is a no go for me. I told the lady at the counter I have a gluten allergy and she was very understanding! She immediately pulled the serving utensils and replaced with them with clean ones (for the items I was getting in my burrito bowl) and got fresh lettuce and cheese then changed her gloves while another employee quickly cleaned the counter before my meal was made. This was on 9/14 around 6:30. The restaurant was busy and I greatly appreciate the staff for accommodating my dietary needs! Food was good too!

Such a gem here in Ashland. Bulk herbs, spices and pantry staples in a lovely store. Deli in the back is popular at lunch time. There are a good number of gluten free items as well.
With a vibrant atmosphere and a variety of craft beers, this spot is perfect for families looking to enjoy a tasty hangout.

The crustless pizza is such a perfect option when you are watching carbs. So many craft beer on draft options from all over Ohio, including hard cider for those who need gluten free.
