I dined at Agua Bistro for the first time yesterday. I have have specific dietary restrictions (vegetarian and celiac disease / no gluten). The chef was happy to offer me options that were not listed on the menu to accommodate my needs. I had a delicious mushroom soup and cooked vegetable plate. Our server was also very attentive and pleasant. I suggest calling ahead to inform them if you have any dietary restrictions.

The cheese pizza and gluten free cheese pizza are pretty solid. Wish they did a gluten free Stromboli……same dough I assume.
