Main reason we got food there was the gluten free menu which is impressive. When you order GF you know you are going to pay more. We ordered for pick up. My wife was excited about fried green tomatoes that were really bad tomatoes but ordering those we know a lot of places don’t do those well. But those were not edible. I did a gluten free burger that required them to take onion rings off and gluten free bread. There was onion rings on the burger. Now I have worked in restaurants, you don’t blame the customer of forgetting to not order with them off when they call to tell you they are calling you to tell you they did the order that way. My wife thought I ate the burger but only saw onion rings in the trash, not the whole burger. We also ordered garlic GF cheese sticks which was the main reason I was there. I was told when I was there that they were in there after having to wait while at the restaurant while the were fixing something else they messed up. Not knowing the other issues I told them I appreciated they caught whatever they caught, but most the order was messed up. Which we give a 20 percent tip on pick up orders having worked in restaurants we do know it can be hard. What floors is after that, is I did not ask for a refund on the burger as no way to prove I did not eat that or the bad green fried tomatoes. We did ask for a refund back to our card for the gluten free garlic cheese sticks. THEY CANT DO THAT. They have a clover operating system that does not allow partial refunds on cards. Running a restaurant is tough. Don’t handicap yourself by having a system that can’t refund a messed up order especially when GF is more expensive. Long story short. Don’t blame the customer for an error on your end. Change systems.

Found everything I was looking for. Notice something how they clean and sanitize their shopping carts. Plus help help an employee as he cleaned up a spill in one of the grocery aisles. Plus often I see men and women cleaning the store when I am there. Plus there employees are wearing mask. Lots of plus shopping at that store. DEAN W. BOECK, plus it is one of the three stores I know I can buy gluten free food, which as confirmed by a local doctor I have Celiac Disease that according to him that it is critical that I stay on a Strict Gluten Free Diet.
