I chose this restaurant while I was in town specifically because I have celiac disease and they had items on their menu that were clearly labeled as gluten free. What I was able to eat was delicious, but their gluten free labelling on the menu is incredibly misleading.
I asked our server if the tortilla chips (labelled gluten free) on the menu were fried in a fryer that also fried foods that contained gluten and was told they are. So not gluten free.
I asked if their corn tortillas for the tacos were warmed on the same surface as their flour tortillas and was told they were. So they're not gluten free. This sounds like an insane distinction if you aren't familiar with celiac disease, but I have had tacos make me sick this way in the past. Our server asked the kitchen to warm them differently and it was fine.
And again, my tacos were delicious. I appreciated that the server communicated with the kitchen to warm my tacos. But if I had trusted the menu (or I guess just ASKED if things were gluten free vs asking specifics about how items were made) I would have spent tonight very ill.
An incredible hidden gem downtown with a talented owner offering an impressive variety of delicious options for every dietary need.

Best, most fresh gluten free pastry I’ve ever had. The owner is so friendly and helpful. TONS of options for all dietary restrictions, it was so hard to choose!!
I ordered a canzone and a gluten free pizza for take out on restaurants website. When I made it home, I realized the pizza was not made gluten free (there is a significant difference in the crust). I called and after a 15 minute hold, I was told it would be refunded. At this point I have been refunded $1.50 for a $23 individual size gluten free pizza. Unfortunately, I cannot dispute the order on the restaurant website any longer.
Known for its excellent dishes and entertaining atmosphere, expect a long wait and cozy vibes with limited parking but overflow options.

Excellent food but very long wait. Our server, Jonathan, was very entertaining. The parking lot is small, but there is overflow parking if you need it. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

Cute little breakfast spot! The cinnamon rolls are divine! Well, they look divine and my husband says they are. They only offer gluten free tortillas so I couldn’t try many of the items but the grit bowls are truly delicious and come with a mini cinnamon roll as a side .
Staff is friendly and efficient everything is clean. If you can have wheat, don’t miss this place!
I recently visited the devine st location. Great macarons and customer service. I appreciate you having some gluten free options. Also, the coffee was awesome.
Was really impressed with how serious they took me having celiac, advised what was/ was not GF/ Cross contaminated.
The GF bun for the burgers was pretty good!
